Modern hotel with digital check-in. Room cleaning is available upon request. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is plentiful, and it's just a 5-minute walk to the spas. We recommend booking parking in advance. We'd like to highlight the professionalism and kindness of Lucía at reception, who provided us with excellent service.

In a sense, this house is in the middle of the city, but in a very quiet location. It's worth having to walk about three minutes into the city.The hotel is about a year old and very stylish. Reception and breakfast service are staffed by nice people. Check-in can be done electronically, but unfortunately I wasn't in the system, so reception had to do everything, which was done very quickly. The underground car park should definitely be booked, as the surrounding area looks rather poor. Disadvantage: The tribe shares the access road with a public garage and the parking spaces of a large clinic. On several occasions when I wanted to leave it was blocked by delivery trucks or the vehicles of guests checking in. The rooms will only be cleaned upon special request. This refers to environmental protection by saving energy, cleaning agents and water. But if I clean a room with a blue-black carpet in a place with a lot of sand-strewn paths, through which no vacuum cleaner has been used for four days, after the guest has left, I use the same energy. The water needed to clean one or more rooms is in a bucket that is poured out after cleaning, but certainly not refilled for each room. It's a shame that cleaning is declared a matter of conscience, which some guests are susceptible to, and the lack of staff is not simply mentioned. There are now interesting studies on this behavior in criticism circles.

Electronic check-in was totally fine- there was a staff member there to help, but as long as you just answer the questions on the screen, it was fine. The rooms were nice and had great toiletries, but very small. There was tea/coffee in the room. We didn't have breakfast.

We recently visited the Tribe in Baden Baden as a family.What can I say, the check-in was extremely bumpy. The rooms were all booked via booking.com. We had bed and breakfast.Unfortunately, no one knew about it when we checked in. It was said that it was booked without breakfast. We also had a dog with us, but that didn't work out.Even if you work in the hotel industry and have access to training, something like that is completely incomprehensible to me.But that's unfortunately the case when only career changers are hired because you don't want to pay a decent wage for real skilled workers. The service falls by the wayside and as a guest you feel anything but taken seriously or even valued.The staff didn't bother to say good morning or hello when you passed the reception. The guest is virtually invisible here. In my opinion that doesn't work at all. Even for a city hotel, things like this are simply a given. The location of the hotel is great, you can get into the city quickly. The rooms were also very nice, modern, and have a great bathroom. There was something for everyone at the breakfast buffet. However, I'm not sure whether I would book here again, because unfortunately guests are not seen or noticed here.
