The hotel as such is great, but I have to say that the service was a disaster. Check-in took a very long time. I had to change the room card twice. The first time the elevator didn't work with the card, the second time the light in the room didn't work. In the third room everything was ok. The receptionist kept calling me by my first name, even though I asked him not to because it made me uncomfortable.We had costs covered by the client. We had to because to make a rebooking due to illness, i.e. another employee simply wanted to take over the previous room. However, this could only be regulated via the central hotline, where the employee did not seem particularly fit.Conclusion: Good hotel, but the booking service is SUPER ANNOYING!!!!!!!

Clean rooms and previously clean bathroom, really comfortable beds! Everything is there towels, shower bath and hair wash as well as a hairdryer. What I have to complain about was the bar! No beer, no kitchen and even though the lady when asked said it would be open until 1am it was closed at 12! First it was all beer (since Friday), then the tap was broken... the lady at the bar was alone in the evening and visibly overwhelmed... well if you pay attention to the guests at the bar, then you can see the guests We've already paid and sometimes we've forgotten. Anyway, we then ran to the gas station, which wasn't far away, and stocked up on drinks. Conclusion Hotel and breakfast really great, the bar absolutely needs to catch up. Unfortunately this time was no exception! (WE with trade fair, football and hockey, you lost a lot of sales, what a shame)

We had room number 203 above the entrance. Everything was fine. Oh, except for the temperature. Unfortunately, basically too cold.Otherwise perfect with bar, happy hour and outlet nearby.

Rooms small but ok, although 5 meters away from the busy bridge. The room was not cleaned during our 3 day stay. Unfortunately, we were not informed of this at check-in. But the unmotivated employee didn't say anything else. A really strange reception. You can easily save 15 EUR parking fee per day, there was plenty of parking on the street. All in all OK but not something to feel comfortable about.Addendum to the hotel's response: I would recommend specifying the amount of the donation for each room cleaning that was not carried out in order to give the marketing statement value.

On Saturday evening when we checked in there was a very unfriendly and unhelpful lady at the reception.There was a very young lady standing next to her who wanted to help me explain where I could park my large coach, but unfortunately she was overruled by the older lady (with an Eastern European accent), which was a shame.The rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly.If the lady at check-in on Saturday evening hadn't been so unfriendly and unhelpful I would have given the service the full 5 stars.It's a shame actually.

Worst Premier Inn ever. The place had potential, but the service is just so bad. The staff puts themselves above guests and simply has zero service mentality. A very German problem. Housekeeping is poor, reception defies any description.

5 stars for the hotel. It is located at a very convenient place right next to the factory outlets and the Volkswagen Autostadt. Service is great as you would expect from Premier Inn, rooms are clean and there is ample parking around the hotel.

So hotel is a nice thing, but I booked a double room with an extra bed for a child, the really hard extra bed was neither prepared nor ready because there was no bedding, the reception was completely overwhelmed, check-in took at least 1 /2 hours and then she also worked at the bar, but despite the overload she always remained friendly. I showed my ID countless times or announced my birthday when checking in. Nobody noticed that I was celebrating my 70th birthday there, so not even: all the best........... This little attention would have I can imagine that, but you're only a guest in everyday business life. By the way, on Monday evening the queue to check in was longer than in the GDR - times when bananas were on sale, we watched it with a smile, we felt sorry for the ladies and gentlemen at reception because of the probably demanding computer program, great that they still remained so calm. All in all, it's a recommendable hotel, you just have to have a lot of patience.

Great hotel. Also highly recommended with children. Children can take part in the breakfast buffet free of charge. Very nice, tidy rooms. In close proximity to the VfL stadium and the outlet.We really enjoy being here.
