For little money you have nice accommodation in a good location, great place to stay overnight. I was very satisfied. And both owners were super friendly.That's why I can't understand the previous reviews. Maybe these guests should work on their character. Just as the owner had written: As it sounds in, so it sounds out.In any case, I will vacation there more often.

We were looking for cheap accommodation for one night for 3 people without breakfast - and here we found it.The rooms were probably newly renovated, very large and functional. Price/performance ratio is completely fine for one night!Slept really well! (In our case, we had breakfast with friends on site.)It was very quiet in this place.

A very nice and very clean guesthouse with a wonderful hostess. Emden can be reached in 10 minutes by car and the guesthouse is beautifully and quietly located. The beds are so great that I still miss the mattress to this day :-).

Positive: very good price \ performance ratio. Nice, cozy room with a large bed. Parking, WiFi and a very warm and friendly welcome.Negative: very noisy and no breakfast. What I also think is no longer possible these days are shower curtains. Seriously showering with this is a struggle and absolutely terrible.The cleanliness in the room was good. Only the corners of the ceiling were consistently overlooked. I had a resident including buildings in almost every corner of the ceiling.Conclusion: with breakfast, doors on the shower and a little more thoroughness when cleaning, a perfect guesthouse.

We stayed in this hotel for one night and were very satisfied. Ms. Vogel welcomed us very nicely! The hotel doesn't look like much from the outside, but our room was very comfortable and very spacious. The room was clean and nicely furnished. The bathroom was small but absolutely clean! The price for one night is very fair at €79. We drove from here to Greetsiel and the location was perfect. There are opportunities for shopping in the immediate vicinity. Thank you for the nice stay!

Hello Mr. Hotel owner. Yes, I travel a lot, in hotels, guesthouses and accommodations. I don't actually write reviews because I always thinkPrice/performance should be right. The price for the “accommodation” is right. The way you treat guests is pathetic! That's why I have to give it a star. Unfortunately I have to give one, after your answer I would like to cancel it too, unfortunately not possible.

If you're lucky, you can get parking in front of the door, otherwise in the surrounding streets. There is no in-house restaurant, but there is a small café. Breakfast buffet was OK. However, more expensive than agreed. The room wasn't really clean either. The bathroom didn't work at all. No window and no ventilation. Mold and dirt included. We left early because it just wasn't nice. Ms. Vogel wasn't interested in the reason for our early departure either. I also found the staff to be superficially friendly. The surroundings don't offer anything either. All restaurants were closed. There were playgrounds nearby. Shopping options too. We do not recommend it.Edit:Hello Mr Kader,Thank you very much for your reply to my review. At first I thought that I might have been too critical. But it reflects the impression gained. Anyone who directly insults their guests and accuses them of intentional damage is, in my opinion, unprofessional, untrustworthy and not a good host. Just to make it clear, we...we collected the diapers in an extra thick bag on the balcony because there was no way to dispose of them immediately. The cleaning lady told us to just put them with the rest of the trash when we left. The wallpaper came off itself, so we left. In terms of health, it was a disgrace because of the mold in the bathroom and on the walls. Especially for a small child. We drove over 300 km to recover and certainly not to harm anyone. Be glad we didn't ask for any money back. We just wanted to get away from you.I just shared my experiences that didn't interest you on site.Of course, other guests should have their own experiences. However, it is good to know in advance who you are dealing with and that is what this platform is for.

A very nice room in the hinterland. But good for visiting the North Sea from here. We wanted to go to Greetsiel, but everything there was fully booked and this was a good alternative. The room was right on the street, had a small balcony, but there wasn't that much traffic. We also had breakfast there. Breakfast costs 9 euros per person, but it was also a good breakfast in a cozy atmosphere. There was a star deduction for the full ashtray on the balcony.

Friendly welcome with friendly rooms, cute little hotel in Hinte which allows for a comfortable stay. Good location for Emden by car, we parked a minute further by the church.Bathrooms are clean and well-equipped, but unfortunately cannot be locked.All in all, worth recommending, only those who are taller than 1.80m should duck their head from time to time!!

The guesthouse is getting quite old. However, it's nicely decorated on the inside. However, renovation work could be carried out here.The mattresses, however, were very good.The breakfast is ok, but not great either.What is an imposition, however, is the noise from the cars. Very loud and unpleasant.It's fine for a short trip, but I recommend a room facing the castle
