Unfortunately only one star. I let you know in good time that I was ill and couldn't make the trip. I also asked Booking and the hotel about the possibility of canceling the hotel free of charge as a gesture of goodwill. It was completely ignored for days and answered rudely without even offering a solution. Unfortunately one star is too many for you...

Basement room with a view of the high courtyard of a workshop, open the window and it smells of exhaust fumes. Beds good, slept like a dead person after a 14 hour night shift. Hotel is in the commercial area, nothing is within walking distance. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is tasty and can be eaten as early as 6:00 a.m.

The room including the bathroom is new and furnished in such a way that it invites you to linger for a while. However, if you open the window, you can't ignore the very loud workshop. People work loudly there until late in the evening

We collected our room key outside the hotel in a box with a code. Four of us stayed one night in a clean room with coffee machine, desk, TV, bathroom and toilet. As the room faces the highway, we closed the window to be able to sleep, not ideal in the middle of summer. The sofa bed was as hard as wood. The pillows are huge and look like big hard balls, impossible to sleep on them. When I returned the key upon departure, I was asked for an additional €16 (€4 per person tourist tax), even though I had already paid €104 when booking and this supplement did not concern me. has not been announced. The person at reception did not give me a receipt for these €16 paid in cash.

I have never had a worse experience with the staff in my life. It is hard to believe that it is possible for someone without basic social skills to work at the reception desk. Namely, I was charged double taxes, the employee didn't even want to look at the email sent by the booking, nor did she want to call the manager. And, not to mention the way of communication. As I mentioned earlier, the absolute lack of social skills.

So a room in nothing, only good for sleeping in a clean room. Otherwise there is neither a nice environment nor any people or anything that you would expect from normal hotels. The lady on the intercom at least sounded nice.

Simple hotel with no service and no breakfast. But okay for one or two nights. Room with TV, mini fridge and safe. The bathrooms are top, modern, spacious enough and above all clean.

I stayed here with a colleague for two nights on business during the Hanover Trade Fair. Room was ok so far. Everything is very simple and kept in white. Everything you need during a trade fair is available. Compared to other cheap hotels, there is even a wardrobe and a small refrigerator. Cleanliness was OK for me. The only thing I noticed a bit negatively was the blinds. On the first evening, trickling noises suddenly came from it after I pulled it down. My first thought was of course dust and dirt. However, since there was nothing to see, I couldn't figure it out. On the second evening I left them up and only used the curtains.We booked without breakfast. We were also able to easily book breakfast later for 14 euros per person per day. Breakfast takes place in the conference room in the basement. I found the selection to be okay for the size of the hotel. There was something for everyone here and we were able to fortify ourselves for the trade fair without any problem.The staff was always friendly, especially the young receptionist. She was also easily able to help with questions and problems.However, I have to mention the location in a particularly negative way. This is located in the middle of nowhere between many industrial companies. Opportunities for eating or shopping are rather sparse and can only be found if you take the light rail 1 to 2 stops forward or back. In terms of feeling, the light rail only runs every 15 to 20 minutes and it's a bit of a gamble as to when one will come, as the display boards at the stations prefer to show other information and only occasionally show the departure times. It's about a 5 to 10 minute walk from the hotel to the tram.All in all, I found the hotel OK, although you also have to differentiate depending on the reason for the trip. If you are passing through and are looking for a simple place to sleep near the motorway, you can definitely consider this hotel. For business trips to the trade fair or for a city trip, I would definitely prefer a different hotel next time. But I think over 300 euros per room per night during the trade fair is definitely way too expensive for what is on offer. I think the normal price of something around 60 euros is okay for what's on offer.
