In the afternoon an email came that the reception was only open until 2 p.m. and that the key could be obtained from a key box at the back of the hotel by entering a numerical code. The rooms and bathroom were clean, the towels were fluffy, incomprehensible with temperatures of 31 degrees there were thick duvets on the beds. The breakfast buffet looked sad, there were baked rolls and there were fermentation flies in the juice carafe.Apparently they also cut back on staff, from Friday to Sunday morning we only saw one Asian woman from the team who was looking after the breakfast buffet. Price performance wasn't right at all.

The hotel is decorated super cute. The furniture is amazing, totally my taste. The room was very clean and the beds are soft and comfortable. The hotel is 5 minutes away from the center (by taxi). Unfortunately I found the breakfast a bit bland, I expected something better for this hotel. But otherwise everything was great.

There were problems with the machine when checking in and the intercom at the entrance was barely audible. The room is clean, but there is mold on the window.Overall it's a good hotel.

We were there for one night. The room was bright and clean. There is an elevator. There is a coffee machine that you are welcome to use. Breakfast buffet was very good. Service was very friendly. A very nice receptionist. There is enough parking space. Animals were allowed. We would like to come again.

Clean room, very friendly service, nice rustic furniture and comfortable beds. The breakfast was great, from various types of coffee and tea to various rolls and cold cuts, to vegan cold cuts whatever your heart desires. The nearest S-Bahn is only a 5-minute walk away. Only recommended 😁

We stayed here for three nights and felt very comfortable, very friendly staff, clean rooms, enough parking spacesThe furnishings are also very appealing.Unfortunately you can hear the trains rushing past, but you get used to it. Thank you very much

For a 3 star hotel they have earned 5 stars. The rooms are very spacious, clean and good beds. Bathroom are normally good, just white. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. And also a few extras. The rooms are cleaned every day and a bottle of water is provided every day. The employee at the reception was very friendly and helpful! 6 stars for that.There is an elevator. Breakfast is normally good that what you expect in a 3 star hotel. The price for a 3-bed room in July was 99 euros per night. Breakfast 10 euros p.p. For a single room €69 p.n. We would love to come back again.

Clean new rooms, good traditional looking interior. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is great. It was really quiet during the night. The Messe is easy to reach via train.

Since the owner changed, the values no longer apply. We have always stayed at this hotel for business purposes for over 12 years. Because of the coronavirus, the Hannover Messe was postponed first. …

Very nice, clean hotel in the trade fair neighborhood. We received a very friendly welcome. Breakfast buffet is extensive and always included in the room price. The entire hotel has a rustic, consistent style of antique furniture - all made of solid wood. The center is easily accessible by tram (approx. 20 minutes). We felt very comfortable here. WiFi available free of charge everywhere in the hotel.
