The hotel is in dire need of renovation. It is more like a 1-2 star hotel. I was there during a big trade fair. The jam was clearly visibly moldy. When we were informed, the glass was removed, but no discount was given. The reason given by the boss was that I couldn't eat food that wasn't affected by mold. This hotel is clearly not recommended.

The location is ideal for visiting the Herrenhausen Gardens. It is still quiet. The hotel is a bit old, but the beds/mattresses were good and the furnishings in our room were fairly new. There are a few little things to complain about, but after all, this is a relatively inexpensive, small hotel and not the Ritz. It should be noted that the prices on the various booking portals do not include the city of Hanover's bed tax. This depends on the price and length of stay. For us it was 6 euros for one night.

I completely agree with the 1-star reviews from the last twelve months. If you want a roof over your head, you should buy a tent. It's more comfortable there. The “cardboard walls” in this “hotel” are only for the hard of hearing. In my opinion, the cleanliness and hygiene of the rooms are unacceptable! The combination of furniture in our room partly looked like it had been collected from bulky waste.- Holes in the bedsheet- Missing tiles in the floor- ,Curtains that are not properly attached,- Tablets from previous guests in the bedside drawer- A door to the bathroom/toilet that is only 1.80 m high- unfinished, incompletely renovated roomThe good location of the house and the good beds cannot significantly improve the many negative impressions.In summary: We, never again!

Extremely unfriendly on the phone.A guest at this hotel ordered food to be delivered from us. on two days in a row.Unfortunately his cell phone number wasn't correct so my driver asked reception for help. The hotel employee didn't want to help him for whatever reason.I called and asked the employee to search for his name in the system so that THEIR GUEST would be satisfied and get his food. The person who refused and said the guest had to take care of it himself shouted at me on the phone and sent my driver to the door.I trained as a hotel manager myself and a guest comes first. It would have been a matter of 15 seconds to find the room number, make the guest happy and everyone would be happy.What good did that do now? I have to throw away food, his guest is unhappy because he doesn't have any food and gets a bad review. Impossible...

The location was brilliant for our purposes.The welcome and service was warm and completely uncomplicated.We stayed for one night and had a room on the ground floor.Cobwebs everywhere on the ceiling and unclean stained towels.However, the beds are new and comfortable.Breakfast was only available from 8:30 a.m. and for €12 it was almost cheeky.All in all, we'd rather book somewhere else next time

The staff was very friendly. The location to the Herrenhausen Gardens is also perfect. However, I imagine something different when it comes to a hotel.It appears to be a 1960s building that was poorly renovated. Or was the renovation not finished? Apparently the will was there, but then it probably stops.Some end strips or silicone seams are missing. The light flickers in the hallway. The furniture in the room itself was quite new but incomplete. It wasn't particularly clean either. Unfortunately the towels in the bathroom were musty.The walls appear to be made of paper. You could hear everything 1:1 from the next room. The night was therefore not very relaxing.Cables were sticking out of some of the walls in the breakfast room and I shouldn't have looked into some corners. The components of the breakfast were obviously from the discount store; A meager selection of cold cuts and cheap baked rolls. They didn't even bother to pour the water from the Saskia brand disposable plastic bottles into more attractive containers. Very disappointing. At home I eat in a more pleasant atmosphere. You still got full and there was also a selection of fruit.All in all I wouldn't come back. Not even for just one night. It's a shame, because the hotel itself actually has potential.

Room was rather sporadically furnished, but perfectly fine, especially for the price. There were many free parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. Check-in and check-out times were very flexible, which was very convenient for us. The location is okay, although it is close to the Herrenhausen Gardens and also to public transport, there are not many dining options in the immediate area.Unfortunately the towels were quite musty and it wasn't 100% clean, but the bed was comfortable. Based on the reviews, I was initially worried that there would only be cold water and it actually took a long time in the shower for warm water to come out, but if you waited long enough it was really very hot, so you just have to be patient .All in all it was perfectly fine for the price.

The location is great, the rooms are rather provisionally furnished. I didn't have a light in the bathroom but the bed was comfortable for one night (that's how long our stay was). The problem is that the hotel is very noisy, you can hear everything that happens in front of your door. Otherwise, the reception was nice, but only had brief contact points. I can't say anything about the breakfast.
