The bed is uncomfortable and unstable, they give a room for a family, but the bed is separated by two mattresses and you fall in the middle. The hotel is only for 1 night only to sleep.

Dirty, run down. The hallway smells like toilet, the room smells like garlic, the toilet smells like a sewer. The folding furniture is largely in the trash. Bed makes a suspicious impression in many ways. Otherwise, the inside looks like it was set up from a NanuNana (no offense, NanuNana). Checking in with an iPad was unreasonable, but hardly worth mentioning given the overall situation. The location is also very interesting. STAY AWAY.

Check-in is a disaster.You arrive and see a tablet on which you can choose between Google and Playstore. There is a phone number that no one answers at first. We are called back and it takes an incredibly long time to get our card because either the lady on the phone can't find us in the system or doesn't understand our name. Bed is smaller than ordered. We are horrified

Apartments are very shabby and absolutely not clean. For example, it was dirty under the bed; it probably hadn't been cleaned properly for days or weeks. Stink in the hallway. Here the house is probably run with as little effort as necessary.It was enough to sleep once, but nothing more.The only positive thing was that check-in at the terminal went smoothly. The location is also great, close to the event venues, even if you shouldn't be out alone at night.

It was okay...Per:The location was great.It was a few minutes walk to the subway station. The check-in went smoothly.Cons:It's very noisy, you can hear everything that happens upstairs, downstairs and in front of the door.The bed was absolutely hard and so were the pillows.Some of the walls were very dirty or simply worn out.The kitchen was very sporadically furnished and really only had the bare necessities.Sufficient for 2 nights, but I didn't really feel comfortable.There are much better options in terms of comfort for the same price.

Despite repeated inquiries and requests, we are unable to issue a proper invoice. 3 emails and 3 telephone inquiries without success.Room price performance okCheck in didn't work. First of all, no one is available. After more than 45 minutes we were able to go to the room.

Really a back area. Bizarrely dirty, cobwebs everywhere. Everything was stained here. There was a bottle of water as a courtesy, the bottle had already been opened and something had been drunk from it. The toilet had a hygiene seal on it that was completely dirty. (Looks like it had been on the ground for a while.) I've never seen such a dirty mess. There were also a lot of vagrants down near the hotel. And in the morning a random man suddenly entered our room. So the door does not lock properly. We booked 2 nights, we only stayed 1 night because it was so bad. What a horror there. So never go there. It's nice that there are scooters in the city. (TV did not work well, hairdryer did not work, 1 towel was very hard, hygiene seal dirty, rest of the room and bath bathroom also extremely dirty. And I had booked a room with 2 beds and then we got 1 double bed. Water bottle was open, kitchen not much, and a random man walked into our room) bed and pillow covers had holes in them. Curtains also had holes in them. Dilapidated lot. (disastrous)

There was everything you need in the room. It is relatively modern with a large Smart TV.I just didn't find the mattress that comfortable, but it was enough.Check-in super easy, room clean. So where 3 stars average comes from is a mystery to me.

These small apartments are really great for anyone taking a short trip. Check-in runs smoothly no matter what time of day it is. Rooms are simply and simply furnished in a modern way. A drawback in the room for me personally is the mattresses (100kg) I think they are much too soft. Otherwise you definitely can't say anything against the apartments

The room was in bad condition. The kitchenette was very practical and equipped with the essentials. However, the room and the hallways urgently needed to be painted, the furniture (except for the kitchen) was badly worn. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired, especially in the bathroom where some liquids stuck. In addition, the room was very, very noisy. You could hear every word, every toilet flush from the neighboring rooms.The situation took a lot of getting used to, especially for a young woman. Opposite the house there is a small open area where there was a lot of noise in the evenings. You didn't feel safe in the area, especially in the dark or at twilight. Luckily, my training event was shortened by one day, so I was able to leave a day earlier.I also noticed two guests having problems checking in in the evening. There was no one available for help, so they had to spend the night in another hotel.

We had booked our apartment for 4 days. The surprise on the second day was that we couldn't get in. Maps were disabled. Paid for the room, but there were no new cards. A check machine said error. Since we had to work until 10 p.m. we couldn't reach anyone and had to book a hotel room for that night in the middle of the night. So there is only someone available from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. An absolute no go because one of my employees had his medication in the room.

The decoration is very new, surrounded by quiet residential areasBut even if there is no elevator, there is no hair dryer on the first day, and there is no way to take a shower, and there is no hot water! The water pressure is still very small! The exhaust fan in the bathroom is loud, the sound insulation is poor, and the neighbors are very noisy!In short, after reading this review, I strongly recommend not booking accommodation here! ! ! !

My colleagues recommended the accommodation to me because our company had often booked hotel rooms for employees in the past. There had already been lengthy linguistic comprehension problems when calling the hotel. I specifically asked if a later check-in would be possible. This was affirmed. Later I stood there alone at the "contactless" reception and couldn't check in. Calling someone in the middle of the night - FALSE! Absolutely no go, I reported this to my company.

The Apart Hannover is a very clean, very modern hotel with an optimal price-performance ratio.The only thing I found disturbing was the small “green area” opposite. This is run down and there are people hanging around there who are very loud. Especially at night I had an uneasy feeling walking past them. A pity.
