The first automated guesthouse hotel, it has to be booked and billed online, you can only get into the building with a code - invoice confirmation. Must be entered electronically at the entrance.

The hotel is fully automated. When you check in at the machine, you receive a printout of the code numbers that you need at the entrance to the hotel and to access your room. There are no staff on site, but they can be reached at any time via the emergency number. The room was clean and in good condition. As a guest of the Borgfelder Schützenfest, the location was ideal as it was within walking distance of the festival grounds. Breakfast/lunch/dinner is not available directly on site at an automatic hotel, but here the hotel is not far from bakers and other restaurants.

Very pretty at first glance, not so much at second glance. Furnishings partly broken, partly impractical. Windows cannot be darkened, dangerous stairs, insufficient lighting in the bathroom. Noise from streets.

Unfortunately, we cannot rate either the location or the cleanliness as we were unable to enter the hotel around 10:00 p.m. in November 2022. Unfortunately, despite having the correct login details, we couldn't get past the online booking system and we weren't given access to the hotel... The mobile phone numbers stored at the hotel couldn't be reached, despite the supposed 24/7 service. After a significant period of time in the cold and several attempts to make contact, we finally switched to a more expensive hotel in Bremen. Unfortunately, to date (September 2023), those responsible have not been able to reimburse us for our overnight stay. Accordingly, we cannot recommend the hotel and certainly not the service.

Very good establishment. We spent 1 night as a family in the room for 4 people. It was very comfortable and clean. Everything has been recently renovated. The neighborhood is charming and quiet. The tram passes in front. There is parking in front of the door.I recommend this hotel.

Dirty bathroom, dirt under the bed, open milk in the previous refrigerator and despite the system not working, I didn't get an access code. This meant I had to freeze in front of a locked door for half an hour with my six-year-old daughter.

The cleanliness here leaves a lot to be desired. Dead insects on the windowsill, mold and dust on the fridge, lots of spiders.The ceiling light was broken.No protective pads over the mattresses. One support leg was off and had to be put together in a makeshift manner by hand.The list is bigger than the room.There are enough parking spaces in front of the house.

The three of us were traveling on the Via Baltica pilgrimage route and we had an overnight stay for August 30th. booked in good time at the guinea fowl. Unfortunately, a fellow pilgrim had to cut short the trip due to illness in the family. We tried immediately on August 28th. at 4:53 p.m. to downgrade the booking to a double room, but were only able to discuss the AB. There was no response. Only another call on August 29th. at 11:17 a.m. revealed that a change was not possible because the cancellation deadline had expired. This is very disappointing for us. Given the circumstances and our immediate efforts, we would have liked more accommodating behavior here. So we didn't feel like welcome guests, but just as paymen. Flying guinea fowl - never again for us!

Fantastic rooms which were also incredibly clean and pretty. Easy check-in via machine on the outside which suited us perfectly as we arrived a few minutes before midnight
