Were there for a short vacation with a small child. Everything was very clean and everyone was accommodating. Breakfast selection was sufficient.We can definitely recommend it ✌️

The rooms were very large, but the wardrobe was too small for 2 people. There wasn't enough storage space. In the room and especially in the bathroom; There was only the glass shelf on the sink. There was nothing to take off in the shower ☹️.Bed & Breakfast actually means bed and breakfast. Here you have to book breakfast separately, but there is only a small but excellent selection. Because the weather was very poor, we were there more often. It was a shame that there were no opportunities to sit outside and do something (e.g. play)The location is between Leer / Emden (12-16 km) and directly on the Dutch border to Groningen (approx. 100 km) in a rural area

Everything could have been cleaner. Also too expensive for outside in the countryside. Heating didn't work, sat in the cold room for two evenings. We caught a big cold there.

We only booked 1 night, a beautiful, large deluxe room! Everything is new and not “worn”! Everything was wonderfully clean!!Very nice landlord, nice breakfast in a nice atmosphere! Everything you need for a nice breakfast! Get a little excursion tip! Gladly accepted, the KIEKKAST was very beautiful at sunset and for bird watching!!If we come to the area again, we would love to stay there again!!LG from Rolf and Marion

Very quiet location with very friendly hostel owners. The rooms are well equipped and completely sufficient. There's a little mom-and-pop place within a 10-minute walk. The landscape around is typically northern German. Every now and then a bit of “country air” blows over from the local farmers, but that’s not a bad thing. The nearest gas station is approx. 8 km away. There are only diesel, Super E10 and Super petrol. The place is ideally located for hiking or cycling tours. I was completely satisfied.

very quiet location on a side street, friendly couple who are friendly to guests, rooms are great, clean and spacious (some 4 star hotel rooms are significantly smaller) underfloor heating and large windows, large bathroom with window, breakfast with muesli, yoghurt, orange juice and various rolls with spreads - completely sufficient and very good.We were in transit for 2 nights - highly recommended.

Never again!!!Reception very friendly...that's about it.Dirty room...poor breakfast.Hosts are totally overwhelmed with the cleaning.Leaky windows...which also haven't been cleaned in years.The pictures say it all.

We were there 2 years ago and it was very nice. The owners were very, very nice and also helped with finding activities. Everything clean. Great breakfast and totally loved by children..

Due to a defect we were given another room with different facilities. Ok, you can't do anything and it happens. But the fact that no one was available the entire weekend and the arrangement for breakfast didn't work out was a shame and could certainly be improved.
