Chic, fashionable and very well-kept rooms. Parking spaces free of charge. Breakfast is provided by a caterer. Therefore a somewhat small selection and slimmed down jam and nut cream. Service staff is very nice. Seminars and conferences seem to be the main business in the main building. The rooms are in annexes and don't seem to be old.However, room service only comes every third day!Unusual.It took us about 20 minutes by car to get to Hamburg city center.

Very clean and quiet rooms, service is good, location not in the center, therefore cheap price. Paid parking spaces in front of the door. Breakfast not great but ok. Definitely ok for a business trip.

Charming hotel, but the service (reception) was a disaster. We were there for an event, checked in around 12pm and left our bags at reception. We expressly stated in advance that we would not be back until late at night. So the suitcases should be brought to our room. During the night we discovered that not only did we have a room in the basement, but that our suitcases weren't there either. The emergency number directed us to a security company that couldn't help us. In the morning at reception they apologized but no one really felt responsible. A discount of €25 should restore spirits :D. After over 15 years in the hotel industry, something like this has never happened to me. Mistakes can happen, but the way they were handled was simply a complete disgrace. We cannot recommend this hotel. There are far better and cheaper alternatives. The breakfast was okay so far.

Located away from the action in Hamburg. But it can be reached quickly. Located in a quiet and green area.The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable. Arriving later wasn't a problem as there is a key safe. We didn't eat breakfast there.We'd love to come back.

Clean, simple but modern furnishings. Great bathroom, friendly staff.But...Unfortunately the mattress is far too hard for me because with hip prostheses and intervertebral disc surgery I can't lie on anything that is hard 🤣🤣🤣, I mean the mattress... And unfortunately there is no make-up mirror.The breakfast is quite minimalistic, not really something for vegetarians and vegans (of course I didn't ask, I'm not one).Everyone talks about sustainability but jam and honey portioned packaging, well what can you say about that...On the whole it's okay because 3 nights for under €280 plus €5 parking per day, plus breakfast €16.90. But they are working on suggestions for improvement, that's what I'm told. I am excited. Otherwise, this is recommended if you need a hard mattress and no makeup 🤣🤣🤣

Great guesthouse with very friendly and courteous service. The location is also great, just a little far away from the action, so a star deduction for the location. However, this is a matter of taste and if you prefer it quieter, this is the place for you.

Great, modern, bright and large rooms - very friendly and helpful staff - late check-in is also possible using the key safe. Everything will be well summarized in advance by email with all the details. You can even fill out a digital registration form online - a good approach! Parking available directly on site (small fees). There is a small bar on the 3rd floor with drinks/coffee and something to snack on - you can also enjoy a beautiful sunset on the roof terrace there. I would love to come back and can highly recommend it here!
