Very pleased. Everything is convenient; for late check-in, the keys to the room are left in a special place. You receive an SMS from an employee indicating your room number.We arrived before we received the SMS, it turned out that we took the “not our” key. No problem! And the room was re-registered for us, and there were no questions or complaints against us.We lived in a side building. The room is very large, VERY clean, everything is new.Huge private parking, free.Everything is fine, thank you very much for the service you provide.

Questionable key system & moldy joints.Even though check-in was until 8 p.m., no one was there. There are 2 phone numbers on the door. During the second one, someone reported that he had sent the instructions on how to get into the room in a video via WhatsApp.Sorry, but I don't download videos to my phone if I don't know the sender. At least a short message that this is the booked hotel would have made sense.I also received a video from another person. It was probably an oversight, but questionable in terms of data protection, since I now know the other guest's first name and where his key is stored.The key cards are also freely accessible to everyone at the entrance. What happens if you take the wrong one, even unintentionally? 🤔The room itself was clean, except for the moldy grout lines in the bathroom. Mattresses are not saggy.The rooms are very noisy but the price is reasonable for the area. We were just passing through, so it's okay for one night.

Hello Globotel team,We stayed with you again on September 21st, 2024 after two years.Two years ago, the room (superior double room) was TOP in terms of cleanliness, quality and furnishings, and the price of €80 per night for 2 people was quite reasonable and justified. The breakfast, on the other hand, was a complete disaster - the price/performance ratio was around 10%.Well, since we really liked the size of the room in the adjacent building and the cleanliness and facilities, we booked with you again. 183.60 € for one night / 2 people without breakfast... is already hefty. However, since it was good 2 years ago, we booked and really regret it.The room was not prepared...cleaning so-so, cleanliness catastrophic.There were no towels in the room, but there was a half-full roll of toilet paper - but the friendly lady at reception helped.The walls were dirty, the hairdryer (how did it pass an E-check with the pipes sticking out at the base?) looked disgusting, the soap container in the bathroom was rusty and dirty, I don't even want to talk about the floor and the joints in the shower ...we were more than disgusted and of course - contrary to our nature to shower every day - we didn't shower there. Cleaning and mold removal should not be an obstacle and certainly not a taboo, especially in a hotel.The water doesn't drain from the sink on the right, the drain rod... needs to be replaced... I'm not repairing the drain in a hotel room so that I can wash properly...We could have made ourselves hot sugar water..., coffee? Tea bags? None...but there was a kettle (which I didn't look into, thank God) and sugar.I also thought the light to the left of the bed was brilliant (when you stand in front of it). It no longer holds properly, so it is secured with a paper clip - which is more bad than good and not professional anyway. Clear violation of DIN-VDE 0100-410/430.When we left on September 22, 2024 at 7:45 a.m. - we couldn't wait to get out of there - of course the reception was not manned, no complaint possible...In summary: Shameful, a cheek to charge €183.60 for one night with 2 people. I'm publishing the photos and a report of them here to protect others from this.That's NOT how hotels work! We're definitely not coming back, that was really bad.It's a shame, because the location and the comfort in the annex building, the motel style - separate, private access, spacious rooms - are what impressed us so much the first time.Addition: Advertising on the website: Minibar, snacks and drinks...a refrigerator is available, empty...no snacks because the machine at reception is broken and out of order, refrigerator empty...3 stars? For what ?with very angry greetings

Since there was no normal room available that day, I booked an apartment.The yellowish floor was covered with sometimes huge (plate-sized) stains. There are also stains and black streaks from shoe polish on the sofa.The sleeping area could not be darkened because the blind was broken.After the first complaint I was told that there was no other room available.In the apartment I discovered a huge blood stain on the door between the sleeping area and the bathroom.Disgusting!!After another complaint, a normal room was suddenly available.Here too I can confirm the impressions of other travelers.Mold not only in the floor joints of the bathroom but also in the wall tiles.Only one point because of the massive hygienic deficiencies.

We booked a room for one night (family with children). We got this for a good to very good price: 2-room apartment with its own bathroom, 2 televisions, kitchen corner, dining table and chairs, around €89 (without meals).It was very clean, enough towels were available, as were chairs and sleeping accommodations.There are fast food chains and a gas station, an Asian restaurant, etc. in the surrounding area. Otherwise, it is more of a commercial or industrial area (a star deduction for that).We felt comfortable in the hotel.The reception is staffed until around 8 p.m., there is no elevator (but one star is deducted from the service).We didn't take advantage of the breakfast offer.

I booked the hotel for two nights through HRS. The location is a bit far from the beaten track in a commercial area and the hotel seems rather simple. The cleanliness of the reception was questionable and it was noticeable that it was probably used by tradesmen. At check-in I was asked to pay for the room and breakfast in advance. When I asked why I should pay for the service before I received it, there was no explanation, but the receptionist reacted very rudely and simply canceled my reservation. I was asked straight out of the hotel. I've been traveling in Germany for many years, but I've never experienced this before. We then had to look for another hotel at short notice, but it was definitely the better choice.

Absolutely recommended, the price was good (I was there on business but still) The breakfast was also absolutely fine, but I have to say for the extra charge I recommend that all less good eaters just buy something at Lidl or Aldi, you save a lot of money. The room was super good and the service was super friendly.

Simple "craftsman's hotel", for just staying there and nothing more, it's completely sufficient if you don't expect luxury. Room furnishings were a bit older, bathroom was big enough.

No privacy.The bathroom door is pretty much non-existent.The toilet seems awfully close to your pillow, especially with that door that isn’t really close-able.The bathroom window has no curtain or shutter… I’m sure it’s a “show” (see picture)

A completely run down hotel and the cleaning was lacking and the staff didn't seem to care about us. This hotel is only suitable for tradesmen who want to stay cheap.
