Stained carpet and mold in the bathroom. This is a health hazard. Even when I informed the reception, they only apologized but offered no compensation. A room like that for €180 isn't fair.

There is no ramp or similar for a wheelchair or stroller. When I arrived, the porter assured me that I would be helped to carry the stroller up the stairs. Unfortunately, OTHER GUESTS helped. Unfortunately, for the porter, every speech from the guests seemed like a disruption because he was looking at something on the computer. Very unprofessional! On Saturday evening the best thing: the reception was not manned and accessible, I stood in front of the stairs with my baby and my disabled child in a stroller. The room on the second floor. No information was received that there would no longer be access to the elevator later in the day. When I called the main office I was GUARANTEED a discount and I should speak to the service person on site the next day. Unfortunately I received nothing. Instead, I was put off and given the offer that I wouldn't have to pay the parking fees if I used it. Very disappointing!! Window didn't open, no chance to ventilate!!! Silverfish present!!! Carpeting is stained everywhere!! Curtains not installed properly, stained, broken and not washed!! Socket not installed correctly and half sticking out of the wall!The buffet is very small and sparse. Refills are made very sparingly and when asked if there were any more boiled eggs, the employee seemed annoyed. (Perhaps also personal feeling?)Unfortunately, customer service is very neglected here.Too bad!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Dirty rooms with 70s chic.The broken room door was repaired in a makeshift manner. The room floor still had stains that were already there when Gerhard Schröder was elected....Simply indescribably bad

Not recommended! Equipment from the 80s. Stains on all carpets. Unpleasant smell everywhere. Rust and dirt in the "bathroom". The origin of the 2* hotel rating remains a mystery. Price-performance doesn't fit at all.

Hotel facilities appropriate for the price.The really negative thing is that the elevator doesn't run at night. Checked out at 1:30 a.m. to catch a night flight. The heavy suitcases have to be carried down two floors of a spiral staircase. Doesn't work at all. It would have been good to get a hint when booking.

Hotel rooms feel like they're from the 90s.Mold in the shower…Water in the shower doesn't drain...There really isn't any water coming out of the shower head either.Blood stains and stains that you don't want to know what they are on the carpet.All in one… No place to feel comfortable… even one star here on Maps is too much.

I traveled to Hanover for 2 nights on business. My intention was to only spend the nights here, as I'm only supposed to be out at meetings all day. The hotel is not even suitable for that. The rooms only have transparent curtains on the windows, which means that daylight shines in from 4/5 a.m. The beds have the cheapest and hardest mattresses and are simply too small. The duvet or pillow is not even placed in matching bed linen. There are blood stains on the floor and curtains. You feel comfortable in these rooms in no time at all and then you don't even have a good opportunity to spend your time. The back seat of my car was more comfortable.

Oh dear. Old, shabby rooms, badly lit, with dirty carpets. Plug sockets not working. Window glass cracked. Bathroom was ok and that's the only positive point. Very expensive, even for a better quality hotel. Short walk to the train to get to the airport.

I arrive at 00:30 at night. And how they close the entrance at 10:00 p.m. I have to go look for the key somewhere else, another hotel that is on the other side. The truth doesn't make sense. My friend arrived on day 2 to 3 and before that I arrived on day 1 to 2, the entrance is at 3:00 p.m. I tell them that since my companion arrives a day before, that if they give us the same room (since I arrived without sleeping because I work night) and they tell me no, check-in is at 3:00 p.m.... if the first guest is already there, it's hard for them, I don't recommend this place, they don't have good service, having a 3 score is a lot.They should make it easier for customers. Catastrophic

I paid €15 more for a date change, I arrived and they told me I couldn't enter the room until 3:00 p.m. I explain to them that my flight arrived at 7 am, that I have not slept and that my travel companion has already been there since the day before. I ask them to leave us in the same room and they tell me no, that even she has to leave the room until 3:00 p.m. (from 10:00 a.m., five hours), it makes no sense that my partner already has a room and Don't let us occupy it. There was no need to inconvenience the customer in this way.
