Booked for one night. Top central.nice service. Clean. Breakfast great...Unfortunately WiFi is not available in room 10.!!!Parking space in the yard €8 per day. And there are still tourist taxes...

Hello, we were in the Kaiserpfalz in August. The hotel is of course not a 5 star bunker. Goslar also has an old town, so I can't stay centrally in the new hotel.However, this small hotel also has its charm.The food and service were very pleasant at the time.The breakfast room was also functional.We had a pleasant stay and will definitely check in to the Kaiserpfalz again this year.Here's a little summary again:Rooms are clean and functional.Breakfast is great... I've really had a different experience.Staff is very nice and helpful.Thank you for the nice stay in the Kaiserpfalz.

Even if the hotel is built on historical ground, this does not necessarily apply to the interior (partially). It is definitely in need of renovation and renovation. The boss and the staff are very friendly, the breakfast is good and the beds are comfortable and it is clean. But unfortunately that's not enough. Some rooms without their own toilet are not possible at all. The hotel is too expensive for this standard.

A simple and simple place to stay overnight. The rooms are getting old and need some investment. The location is perfect for reaching the sights in Goslar's city center on foot.It should also be mentioned that there are parking spaces, but they are limited.The breakfast and especially the friendliness of the staff is outstanding and many times better than the room facilities.

Very nice staff, very nice location between the Imperial Palace and the market square, the old town starts right outside the door.Rooms a bit noisy, but very clean. We'd love to come back

I've read some reviews about the hotel here that aren't entirely accurate.1. Yes, the hotel is getting old, so what?Everything you need is there, it's super clean, I even find it more charming the way it is.The view from the rooms is very nice.2. The noise:Yes, it is a bit noisy if you have the room facing the street. Solution: it works with earplugs.3. Toilet not in every room: wasn't a problem for me at all. The nearest toilet is a maximum of 8 meters away.Breakfast is 10/10 for meIt is lovingly furnished and there are also vegan options upon request.The staff is courteous.The location is just very practical, everything is close.

The hotel is really a dump. We were there in May for 5 nights and got a room where we had to share a shared toilet in the hallway with 3 other rooms. We heard that guests who had only booked 1-2 nights were given rooms with a toilet in the room. The hotel is worn out (the carpet was tattered, the shower had dirty spots that probably wouldn't come off, the furnishings in our room were from the 80s,...). The bathroom is so small that you can't turn properly in it, let alone get dressed or undressed. You look in vain for a shelf for cosmetics and there is no way for two of you to hang up the towels (2 hand towels and 2 shower towels) to dry in the bathroom, as there were only two small hooks there.Our only bright spot in this flophouse was the nice lady who lovingly took care of breakfast every morning. She also made it possible to have breakfast before the normal breakfast time.We would like to visit Goslar again, but not in the “Hotel” Kaiserpfalz.

Overpriced, outdated hotel. Access locked, you should make yourself known by calling. After 20 minutes, an employee appeared. Parking space in the yard for max. 5 cars, no reservation possible. The so-called family suite consists of 2 rooms, which are connected through the hallway are separated from each other, bathroom separate at the end of the hallway.

I booked this so-called hotel on Agoda. This is the most inconsistent place I have ever stayed in the photos and the reality. There is no front desk, and there is only so-called service at fixed times. Is this a training camp? The room is very small, and the narrow window faces the roof of someone else's house. The most annoying thing is that they asked agoda to delete my review, and I didn't receive any notification. A platform is no longer trustworthy when it can only show you good reviews.
