We have actually never experienced anything like this! But unfortunately one has to put up with such impudence in this day and age, due to the lack of alternatives. But we wouldn't come back here if it was the last one within a 100km radius. But I think the lady in question doesn't even realize her inability.

The hotel needs to be renovated, the location is great in the middle of town, the shops and restaurants are within walking distance, I slept very well, I couldn't test breakfast, it wasn't until 8 a.m

You can tell that the owner isn't really interested anymore, which you can understand on the one hand, but on the other hand the price-performance ratio isn't right!Using breakfast as an example = boring and cheap.

I have to confirm the other recensions, although write expensive the service is horrible, is 1 person service always complaining and forcing me to compile something or pay immediately although I had to do other stuff for me. She doesn't accept credit card because "she has to pay 5% more" the room was nice although it was probably modern in the 60sPosition in the center of the village but nowhere near anything interesting

Absolutely beyond criticism. The food was literally forced upon us and we were almost drawn into the dining room. There were only two dishes available understandably it was before 5pm. Since we were traveling with our little daughter, who is normally a very well-behaved child, but absolutely didn't want to come in here, they resisted visiting the inn. I then said to the boss that we were leaving again. Then she said what kind of parents we were because we didn't go without eating here for two years because of our little ones. Then she wanted to give us something to take away. It's hard to believe something like that is called a landlady. Never again. Less than five minutes later we found a restaurant, our little one went along well and the food was great... How right our little one actually was.

The room, especially the bathroom, was dirty, after I informed the good woman about the condition and I signed out of breakfast, I was insulted about what kind of person I was, unfortunately there was no alternative accommodation available, so I spent a night there had to.Keep your eyes open when choosing a career, the landlady would have preferred something without human contact.Catastrophe never again.

Outdated hotel. Rooms and especially the bathroom need to be renovated. Corona has left its mark. The owner is a hotelier, chambermaid and cook all together (at 71). It's simply overwhelmed. The food in the restaurant is heavy home cooking. The breakfast was very simple. Nice family environment, if you like it that way. WiFi only works in the hallway. Descriptions on the internet and on the travel platform no longer match. It's a shame for this price.

Because everything worked perfectly and Irmi was always very nice and organized everything and the food was always freshly cooked and nothing from the freezer was heated in the microwave and the rooms were clean

I can't recommend it. Sausage salad (more like raw vegetable salad) little sausage.A NEW Lower Bavarian variation!Beer garden not landscaped for years. No guest except probably a hotel resident.

The hotel itself is very good, with clean modern rooms at a decent price. The breakfast is OK but I'd probably pop to one of the restaurants on the nearby square for your evening meal and drinks tbh.

This restaurant has probably seen better times. The food was not as described on the menu. Instead of chanterelles, canned champions were served. A non-alcoholic wheat beer that was ordered was served with a dead wasp in the glass. The tablecloths were very dirty.Overall impression: dingy.Not recommended !

The "Lebzelter" is really awesome: great location, very cozy, sparkling clean huge rooms with beautiful wooden beams, first class food: porcini mushroom spaghetti, Griesbacher Pfandl, Kaiserschmarrn, delicious salads and yes the landlady, voi of the original, urban, brutally sarcastic but not straight away, you have to know something like a “lioness” :-p
