The bad reviews annoy me: great value for money. Great location, good facilities. Just understaffed, someone is only there when we have breakfast. Probably part of the cost concept. If necessary, you could communicate better.

A beautiful small hotel with a very nice atmosphere. We were informed about everything important by the owner at the small reception.The rooms are very sufficient for 2 people with a Senseo and a small refrigerator.A very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom with a shower.Everything was very nicely decorated. From the balcony we had a view of the terrace and the property with the adjacent lake. It was beautifully quiet and relaxing.For breakfast we got warm rolls with sweet and savory toppings. We also had plenty of coffee and juice and fruit.Thank you for a nice weekend.

Unfortunately not much has changed since we were there years ago. Rooms are modernly furnished, cleanliness is a bit desirable in some corners (bathroom shower cubicle). In the afternoon you don't have the opportunity to get a coffee or a drink from the bar so you can use the very nice terrace. When I asked the friendly chef, he said there weren't enough staff. When the outside temperature is 28 degrees you have to sleep with a down duvet as there is nothing else available and there is no staff there to ask in the evening. It feels like no one is in the house after 5 p.m.... a shame for the hotel, which also advertises a café + bar on signs every day from 11 a.m. Breakfast was ok, if there weren't dead flies lying around everywhere and cobwebs in the rooms (even if it's in the country). There was no trash can in the room either, only mini buckets in the bathroom and the green area in the entrance area doesn't make a well-kept impression, for what is otherwise a very nice hotel.When you leave you could also ask whether everything was OK...and you don't have to pay another 40 euros for breakfast.Nevertheless, thank you for the repeated stay and a lot of strength to the chef.

Beautiful hotel with first-class outdoor facilities and location on the Kleiner Wentowsee. Very friendly welcome from the boss. For us the perfect accommodation after stage 2 of the Berlin - Copenhagen long-distance cycle path. 👍🏻

Great location. Rooms nice and spacious. But: on the day of arrival there was no one in the hotel and there was nothing to eat or drink. The next morning a bad-tempered boss showed up and scolded us because we had connected our bikes incorrectly. Breakfast was good.

Located directly on the lake, rooms very nice, spacious, bathroom modern. Evening menu is drawn up in the afternoon, three main courses to choose from, if you don't like that, you have to go somewhere else. Breakfast simple, no variety, coffee machine okay. Entertainment ends very early...

A lovingly furnished hotel with very nice staff and owners. Dinner in the restaurant was a culinary delight, a clear menu with menu offerings, but also individual dishes that were freshly prepared. The rooms are lovingly furnished and are based on the motto/style of the hotel.The breakfast was not overloaded with what was on offer, but there was everything that a breakfast should have, perhaps a bit of loving arrangement was missing. But OK for a start to the day.

Pets are not allowed!Unfortunately I have to give it one star at this point. For me, and in the context of today's times, it is incomprehensible why the House is opposing it. The booking was immediately canceled on my part. “Being attractive” works differently. Best regards from Hamburg! 😉

-Nice, clean hotel-No breakfast possible-The reception was never manned.-Wanted to inform the hotel about my early departure. But no one was there. I tried in vain for two days to tell them that I had to leave early.The invoice only arrived after 4 weeks upon request with the complete room price.When I asked if there was anything that could be done about the price, I tried to reach someone and no one was there, and after another 2 weeks I received a 10% discount.I travel a lot but something like this has actually never happened to me.Our company no longer serves the hotel.
