Small hotel, with cramped rooms. The only advantage is that there is a tram and therefore contact with the S and U-Bahn right in front of the entrance door. Not exactly cheap either.

We have reserved a hotel room for 3 people. The location of the hotel was good, public transport can be used directly on site. Room was clean, although we had a cold shower. Service was rather bad. When asked about the shower, the employee seemed uninterested. The biggest shame for me was that I paid for breakfast even though we had clearly denied it on the day of arrival. You pay for your room and I happened to have the bill printed (it seemed a bit more expensive to me). Even then, only a shrug of the shoulders from the hotel staff. To date I have not received any response or response. I will therefore not recommend the hotel. My recommendation if you want to stay overnight: => Check everything beforehand, although there are not always employees present, definitely check the invoice before paying.Addendum 03.09.24: The management of the hotel apologized for the inconvenience and refunded the breakfast money.

Hello thereSo we stayed there for 2 nights and you can say I would stay there again, it's a very nice room and hotel...You will be welcomed and if you have any questions you will be helped or... Service is great, rooms are great and clean tooI can only say positive things about our 4 bed rooms.Breakfast is also very plentiful and there is something very nicely done by everyone. Great selection...Unfortunately there are only a few parking spaces for the hotel so unfortunately you have to park where there is free and it is difficult to find something in front of the hotel......Otherwise everything went great and worked out. Gladly again

Rooms are okay, everything else not so much. Avoid the restaurant, pretty sure the food is frozen prepackaged garbage heated up, took the server FOREVER to bring out beer. Also she (server) seemed largely uninterested in providing a quality service. No AC, very hot. Wouldn’t come back.

The hotel is out of centre but close to an S-Bahn station (beware: trains from the city centre stop before 1 a.m.)But the check-in system is unreliable. After 11 p.m. there is no staff present.Supposedly one can retrieve a key-card by entering either the booking reference number or the surname.I arrived past midnight (and they had even been forewarned by my colleagues who checked in before 11 p.m. They too had trouble with the electronic system which they resolved with the help of the receptionist). When I arrived the electronic system did not work. It recognised neither my name nor the booking reference. There is no emergency number one can ring. Hence I could not enter the hotel which I had booked weeks before.

Check in at the machine,There is an outdoor location under the window of the very small room. Room walls stained, better not to touch the lamp on the bed. No air conditioning.Tram stop in front of the house. There was no check out.Hand over your room card to the breakfast assistant.I can't understand some of the hotel reviews.Conclusion: not again

Very clean, very friendly staff. Unfortunately it was very loud towards the front because of the busy street and tram.When the staff and guests smoked, they smoked under our window, which was very disturbing.
