The hotel itself is very well located, not even a two-minute walk from a metro stop. The reception staff is nice, however the wifi doesn't work for some apps like Snapchat, TikTok, Safari... and they don't have a solution to this problem. The rooms are spacious, we had three comfortable beds even though there were two of us.However, we found hairs on the linen and stains on the bed sheets. The view of a building under construction or abandoned (I don’t know) is not flattering. We left the curtain closed throughout our stay for fear that someone would be there, a fear based on the cigarette butts, the chair and other objects that could be seen. The bathroom is ok. We heard a little noise during the night but nothing too disturbing. To summarize, this place is convenient if you need a place to sleep, but that's about it.

Price and quality are completely consistent with each other. A simple, comfortable room at a low price. The location is also very pleasing; you can walk to any place.

I don't know how such a run-down, dirty place can call itself a hotel!!! Why isn't the trade inspection office doing anything about it!!! The room was so rocked down. The bathroom like a train station toilet. It's 35 degrees outside and of course there's no air conditioning in the rooms and you can't open the windows because there's so much noise from the street. The noise continues throughout the night. People avoid this place, buy a tent and spend the night somewhere in the green areas of Berlin before you spend a cent there. It is a complete impudence to offer customers such a service. Unfortunately, I can't click on any stars here!!!!

It was my first time in Berlin, and when I got to the hotel, I didn't have any special expectations. Booked through Booking.com, a little mix-up with the room, but a really friendly receptionist took care of a suitable room instead 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.The room was clean, as a solo traveler a big and comfortable double bed + an extra bed didn't hurt. The bathroom is clean and functional. There was not much furniture in the room. There were some small noises from the stairwell, but that's about it. Scaffolding outside, but easy to find inside.Grocery stores, restaurants and public transport right next door. Top location.

For one night the hotel is just fine for the low budget amount. But unfortunately it's not comfortable.I also had to change the first room because it was still very dirty. Unfortunately, the second room was also pretty dirty, so I had to help. I think even a cheap hotel room should be handed over absolutely clean. There is also a lack of storage space and hooks. That would be really simple potential for improvement.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days, mainly because it was the most affordable option in the central area. …

The hotel was a huge disappointment! If you only pay €50, it might be ok, but I paid €120 for one night and breakfast wasn't even included. The price is a disgrace for what you get!!The whole floor was dirty, especially under the bed, the shower doors were sticky. The sink faucet was broken and every time I used it I expected it to fly straight towards me. The shelf was unusable because everything rolled down there and the sink was extremely small. There was also no hairdryer, as stated on booking.com!My room faced the street, there was scaffolding in front of it and there was extreme street noise even with the window closed. The hallway and elevator weren't appealing either. The whole house is extremely noisy, so sleep was out of the question. There was only a makeshift shelf without clothes hangers instead of a closet, the furnishings were really minimalist and functional, you stare at a white wall, no TV or decoration...The WiFi showed “good reception”, but it was absolutely unusable! The only positive thing was a really comfortable mattress and a friendly welcome. If you only have to sleep for one night and maybe get the room for 50-60€, ok, otherwise not recommended!

Pros: The location is incredible, since you have several buses that connect you to the train station. You also have three subway lines nearby that take you to the most important points of the city. The staff is super friendly and super nice. They literally help you with absolutely everything and you also have maps at your disposal which is great.Points against: the rooms are not the cleanest thing in the world, but it is normal in this type of accommodation. I believe that the traveler who decides to book in this type of place is looking for a cheap place to sleep that is well connected to the different attractions of the city.شكرأ حبيبتي 🙏🏻

I stayed at the Potsdamer Inn in Berlin and had a fantastic experience. The hotel offers clean, very comfortable rooms that are perfect for both short and longer stays. The location is excellent, situated near public transportation and within easy reach of many key attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. One of the highlights of my stay was the service, particularly from Aman at the front desk. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, always willing to assist with any questions I had. Aman gave some excellent recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing spots, which made my visit even more enjoyable. His local knowledge truly enhanced my experience and helped me discover some hidden gems around Berlin that I wouldn’t have found otherwise.Overall, the Potsdamer Inn provides great value for the price. The combination of its ideal location, clean rooms, and excellent service, especially from Aman, made my stay unforgettable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin, whether for business or pleasure.
