Room facilities very good. Bed comfortable. Cabinet illuminated. Safe available. Small fridge. TV could be a little bigger. Bathroom nicely equipped. Hairdryer available. A shelf in the shower would be nice. There would be enough space.Unfortunately, the view is towards the street or parking lot. As a result, the first traffic can be clearly heard from 6:30 a.m. Despite closing the windows. Soundproof windows would be a solution. Next time we would just take a room facing the lake.Breakfast was good and the selection was sufficient. The employees in the breakfast bar and at the reception were very friendly.

Very good breakfast, friendly staff in the restaurant and at the reception. Relatively narrow parking spaces, rooms with small defects (for example, the closet cannot be opened completely due to the room door hinge). Unfortunately, there were no wellness offers during the booked period due to illness

It is a beautifully furnished hotel in a quiet location.Spa area is nice and the staff are friendly. The cleanliness could be a little better here and there for 4 stars. It's little things like that that you notice here and there.Everything is stylishly furnished. With the lake on the doorstep, probably most interesting in summer.

Very nice hotel, paths a bit unclear. Parking is quite tight, but doable. Staff very friendly, accommodating and service-oriented. Location right on the lake is really great and nice meeting rooms. Food very tasty, but also expensive. Room prices are also in the upper price segment.Everything was very neat and clean, great mattresses and good pillows. Canoes/kayaks/SUPs can be rented directly at the hotel. There is its own jetty. Lots of loungers available. Hallways a bit stuffy due to lack of ventilation.

Very good location with beach access, super friendly staff. Breakfast at a good level. Room without air conditioning was very uncomfortable at over 30 degrees.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and it was very nice and above all relaxed. The wellness area is very well and stylishly equipped. The loungers in the garden with a stepped terrace invite you to relax. A jump into the lake was also refreshing.Breakfast was varied and very tasty.Staff very friendly.

Well, 4 star wellness vacations are advertised, “family suite” is booked for 3 adults. Rooms only had 2 chairs (a bit poor for "family" rooms), and you can listen to the babbling guests of the hotel restaurant on the terrace until 11:30 p.m. In the morning, from 7 a.m. onwards, people are busy clearing the terrace and not necessarily working squeamishly/quietly. The whole facility is a bit old, e.g. mold on the water hose of the steam sauna. Musty toilet in the spa area, rust in the changing cupboards. If you arrive late, you can no longer expect a lounger in the garden. The staff is partly top notch, partly unprofessional (calls out to you from 10m away "the table is reserved! Good evening!" - in that order). Breakfast was great, but I've also experienced better. Otherwise the prices (especially for the buffet) are very high, but in the big city I get more for it and get served. Unfortunately I can't recommend it, I'm looking forward to my first restful night at home.

Snack on 8/27/24It was wonderful around midday on the terrace...front row...under a parasol with a view of Lake Scharmuetzel, but the fish soup wasn't worth your money. Service, reception and drinks excellent!
