It's a shame, the hotel is past its best. The armchairs in the room were totally dirty, the bathroom apparently had round corners, not to mention the towel rack. The breakfast was ok. But how the price for €135 per night is justified is incomprehensible!

Hotel Uckermark is located in the middle of the city, you are right in the shopping street, Rewe is only 50 m away and the Sparkasse and city information center, Netto rot are also not far, etc., you can eat wonderfully outside, the ambience and service are impeccable, perhaps not for everyone Purse, but still beautiful, I'm from Prenzlauer, I give all 5 stars ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

A nice hotel, large, pleasant room. We were pleasantly surprised. Great service at breakfast too. Thank you!The service on the terrace in the evenings could be improved. It takes a long time to get something to drink. We would have liked to have made more sales.

Very strange hotel. The inventory is totally down. The furnishings are ancient and the bathroom is a disaster. The good gentleman at check-in had a hint of alcohol. We didn't feel the least bit comfortable.

Hello,the hotel is a complete disaster. We were forced to spend the night there.Empty hotel but no room for 2 adults + 1 child.Got a double room. 2 additional towels, but no bed linen, let alone pillows.Rooms are about 30 years old, the carpet is stained and smells of plastic. Despite the window being open, the smell was unbearable.For breakfast, 18 euros per person. Dried mini baked rolls. No allergens listed.Cold cuts dried out and the fruit was already shriveled.Staff very bored, slightly annoyed.I can't recommend the hotel to anyone.

Went to the restaurant for dinner and were very pleasantly surprised as we hadn't visited the hotel for years! It's a pleasant atmosphere, we were served very friendly! The food was tasty and very well prepared, and it didn't take that long! Enjoyed the first Beelitz asparagus, it was delicious! We'd love to come back!

Everything is getting old and there seems to be no willingness to invest in making a guest feel comfortable.Stains on chairs, not clean bathroom, disgusting toilet and lid...A lot of things are not good, not in good condition and should be replaced.Beds squeak and are worn out.Absolutely no recommendation, whether for work or vacation.The longer you stay in the room, the more you get the urge to wash your hands after touching anything.The cheap incontinence pad was immediately thrown into the corner because you immediately start sweating on this cheap dirt.Regardless of whether it is normal or winter, no one can sleep on this plastic dirt.Neither management, pantkeeping, nor any of the other employees ever seem to stay in the room to check out what is being rented out for far too much money.The handle on the window made me puke again and I think it's a shame that you can't give negative points here.That breakfast was good.

Unfortunately it's a bit outdated (who needs a landline telephone in the room - you won't find a socket to charge your cell phone on the bed; the tiny flat screen TV delivers a muddy picture and belongs in the electronic waste bin). The rooms are very clean and the bathroom is a bit old more modern than the rest of the room. The wallpaper in the hallway is slowly peeling off and the carpets are worn out. I found the room size to be sufficient - some others would find it too small. The breakfast was very varied and rich. What bothered me was that the milk for the muesli was available in a tetra pack at the coffee machine 10m away. Despite three service staff (who were very friendly), the used plates were not cleared away in between. An employee scurried around with a rag and spray bottle, cleaning here and there that I don't actually need at breakfast. I paid €101 for a double room for single use including breakfast (price/performance - well). The parking lot is behind the house (one lap around the block), but it's free. Overall, the hotel is not bad, but it is still far from being very good. As a business traveler, I pay attention to some things - others may not look so closely.

Star for the nice lady at the reception and the quiet room, which was one of the reasons not to change on this business trip.Deductions for uncleanliness and lack of equipment in the accommodation. designed room (telephone not working, no minibar, no WiFi) and for the unfriendliness of Mr. P., who introduced himself as the boss of the house, and who commented on these friendly complaints by saying that he had other things to do. At least I got ice cream to cool me down and the announcement that he would come up with something. The bowl full of water is still here 36 hours later, I'm looking forward to the idea.My company's travel department receives the corresponding message.
