We were in Berlin for 4 days and chose this hotel. The room was ok.The bathroom was much too small, it should have been bigger. The blanket was thin and I froze at night. But otherwise I actually found the room quite nice. The breakfast buffet had a lot to choose from

We stayed there for two nights and when we arrived we wanted to go back... I agree with another review that said the hotel seemed creepy. The rooms were very noisy and cold. The heating didn't work for us or our friends. The towels were clean but didn't seem particularly hygienic to me. Unfortunately, the pillows were also too thin and the duvets also prevented the room from getting warm. The floor and the beds creaked and with luck you only had warm water when it was light outside. There were only sockets for the table lamps, nothing else and if you didn't lock the door properly, everyone could just get in. The key for the room door was the same as for the entire apartment where others could also get in?? I also found it scary that one day we came back after an hour and our beds were made. We were neither asked nor given any information so that we could remove or take any valuables with us. One day we had no place to have breakfast because everything was full and the other day we were treated completely unfriendly just because we asked if she could put away a plate so we could sit in the only free seat for four could. The only response was an annoyed “pfft”.Never again.

A hotel located on two floors of an old apartment building. Old World. There is no WC or shower in the room. I can't say it's very clean. Breakfast is not bad. The last resort is a hotel. I do not recommend

Seems that place is run by Russian mamas to lounder their son's money, overpriced for what you get, and the WiFi is terrible. However the rooms are clean and near the train station.

If you don't have high expectations of your accommodation and just want to stay overnight, this is the perfect place for you.Service couldn't be rated for me because there was no service and when it was available it was often unfriendly.

Let's start from the only pro that this hotel has: located 2 steps from Charlottenburg station, directly connected to the airport. Beyond this it has no merit. To give context to the review I would like to point out that the structure was used at the IFA in Berlin in the first days of September. The hotel is located in a period building with an entrance via a long and steep staircase, covered with carpet in a rather questionable state. It is spread over 2 floors, the first with only rooms (reachable after a flight of stairs, which lead to the first floor of the building), the second with other rooms and the reception which is located inside the room where they serve breakfast (reachable via a double staircase, which leads to the second floor of the building). The breakfast offered, in addition to having an embarrassing quality, is almost exclusively savory. Watered down coffee, no espresso, the sweet part consisting of biscuits and a roll, both open for at least 2 days). The savory part featured cold cuts that looked like they were made of plastic, a few trays of hot food, but certainly at least from the day before (rancid eggs, rubbery frankfurters). The staff, made up of a couple of older women, are rigid and not exactly courteous. A triple room paid almost 600 euros for 3 days and 2 nights, so not exactly the cheapest. The corridors that lead to the rooms are old, smelly and have floors that look like a roller coaster. The general decor is made up of strange paintings, dolls and stuffed animals, certainly not to my liking, but, as they say, de gustibus. The room was sparse, furnished with old and dilapidated furniture. Those exposed on the station side are exposed to the sun and reach high temperatures, there are no air conditioners or possibility of air recirculation, only an old and noisy fan. The beds are makeshift, with 15cm spring mattresses at best. The sheets seemed clean despite having holes in them, but the pillows were non-existent (given the temperatures I was able to make up for it by using the blanket). The bathroom, despite having little more than acceptable dimensions, had the toilet in a very uncomfortable position and with a shredder that made a very loud and prolonged noise for a long time with any flush. The hairdryer in the bathroom was practically unusable, the bathroom was blind and the extraction fan was broken. The only equipment per capita: 2 towels (face and body), a bar of soap and a sachet of liquid shower shampoo (for 3 days). The neighborhood is a suburb with many shops but most are only open during the day or closed permanently. This translates into a dark neighborhood in the evening, with many less frequented areas and a widespread smell of cannabis. During the day, however, it is a quiet neighborhood, at times characteristic and not excessively busy/noisy (apart from the ambulances which seem to be a must in Berlin).
