Only the location and the price were good during the most important fair in Berlin.Hotel on the 4th floor of a building with elevator keys collected in the keybox at the entrance of the building no one at reception, very spartan room....

The room was clean and nice. The bed was comfortable The bathroom was spacious. However, there was no mini-fridge. In the hotel's waiting room, we could use clean cups and plates and get coffee and tea. The location is a bit far from the center by foot, but the bus stops are nearby, making it easy to get around by bus.

If you are traveling with several people, a good overnight accommodation option is attractively pricedThe location is good close to Kurfürstendamm. There are plenty of locations in the area. And parking on the street is also difficult in parking garages because it is not free.As far as everything needed is available. But more attention could be paid to the condition in many corners.

Decent and on cheaper side place, but its good. Dont expect aomething fancy, but you will be pleased, good location it specially if you plan visiting Berlin Zoo, city center is close, so you can go around town and take bolt for 11 euro.

Pension conveniently located to the airport and the center. In ten minutes to the metro station. Clean and welcoming, we really enjoyed our stay, recommended for families or small groups. In the area there are very welcoming and trendy restaurants and clubs, as well as a worthy pizzeria.

We had a good time, the location is good for easily reaching the center and everything else in Berlin, the room was suitable for our needs, very clean, tidied up daily, and the common area was very well looked after. Perhaps the bed frames should be modernized a bit (not the mattresses, very comfortable!) and the shower cubicle (one door wobbled a bit)... In summer, a small fridge would be useful to keep some drinks cool, but overall our experience was more than positive!

Small guesthouse with standard amenities. Rooms were clean. Mattresses very soft. Location perfect for the concert in the Olympic Stadium. The pink wall color and the pink bed sheets are debatable.

We really liked it there. Well furnished, best service and very friendly accomodation for special requests (room stay could easily be extended on the day of departure, so that after the sporting event (Velocity) we could comfortably shower there and vacate the room a little later. Thank you very much)

The windows were leaking so that after 2 minutes the room was half under water. We were then put sheets in front of the windows and promised to wipe them again later. This was also done, but not even the trash can in the room was lifted. The next day, the curtains that we had closed were opened wide, which meant that the temperature in the room was very hot, our suitcases were closed and placed differently, which meant that everything was in a mess. The bathroom didn't look quite finished as preliminary drawings from previous construction work could still be seen on the walls. The bathroom door also had a hole that had been temporarily covered...Unfortunately the film with which this happened was also broken. Overall, the room looked very worn out and from the floor, the windows weren't leaking for the first time.

Never been received so unprofessionally on the phone. Every kebab man is friendlier on the phone.Can't say anything about the hotel because I didn't want to book anymore after I was greeted.I can't say anything about the rooms, hence 3 stars.Best regards

I didn't like it and I'm not going there anymore.The wooden ceiling was shaky and the room was not in good condition. It wasn't particularly clean. My room wasn't cleaned in one day and the sink wasn't wiped down. There is a latent smell of urine in the bathroom. Plastic cups were placed on the glass holder in the hat. The crack in the sink was not repaired. The rush has started. The toilet keeps flushing. The screw on the towel rail that was half unscrewed gave me a scratch. The hole in the shower wall wasn't pretty, as was the tricky door handle.The hotel is very noisy. The elevator is narrow and musty.The duvet is cold and the room is not inviting.When I moved in I was told that I would always get some coffee or tea in the coffee corner. But the coffee spoon was dirty for five days and the glass was mostly empty.The location is good.

Price-performance is okRoom was clean, bed and bathroom too. The landlady was also very nice and helpful.Unfortunately, the negative thing was that despite room service, the toilet paper was 1. very scarce and 2. wasn't refilled. We then bought one ourselves. And there was some mold in the lower tile joints. But not dramatically.The guesthouse is very well located, 5min to the nearest Lidl and Edeka, gas station 200m, the Ku-damm 7min, nearest subway 8min,

The room was very clean, comfortable and decorated in light green like spring. For the service promised, it is excellent. The lady who welcomed us was very kind and quick to let you rest. Extra to what was promised, there is a small bar for coffee and tea in a small room, with a wide choice free of charge.The curtains allow light to enter and the internet was unstable, one day it worked and the next it didn't. Just because of the internet I give it 4 stars in general, that service was important to me.

Very dated hotel, but in a top location.Room really very mediocre. Curtains that allow a lot of light to pass through.Far too little hot water. Mediocre beds and a shower head that does not stick.
