The opinion applies to both the Szyszka Restaurant and the Hotel. We ordered Russian dumplings, the price-quality-quantity ratio was unfortunately very inadequate - PLN 42 for 7 small dumplings. I understand higher prices in restaurants, but this should be accompanied by quality, the dumplings were not tasty - the dough was too thick and there was not enough stuffing. Moreover, with 5 people present in the restaurant, the waiting time for the order was approximately 40 minutes. The rooms were clean, unfortunately the air conditioning did not work, brown water came out of the shower. After talking to the receptionist, we learned that there had been problems with the pump recently. On the day of arrival, 2 reservations for 3 rooms were canceled for reasons unknown to us. Very nice place, well-kept garden, unfortunately wasted potential.EDIT (reference to the owner's response): My statement is not a reversal, it is a presentation of facts and my opinion about the food from your restaurant. We know how to turn on the air conditioning, the air conditioning didn't work, it wasn't checked in front of us. The brown water did not appear for a moment, but was present all the time, there was no clean water. I did not mention that you do not provide prices in the menu, and that in my opinion they are inadequate to the quality of the dishes. In my opinion there is no attempt at manipulation.

We were there for lunch. Relatively spontaneous and got a place without a reservation. The food was really great for the price. Rarely have I eaten such tender meat and the service was also very nice.

Food really good. It's a bit strange that when you ordered the same thing, the pieces of meat were very different in type but still very good. Of course the price is a matter of taste, but I thought it was ok.

The food is terrible, the prices are high, pasta with oil, parsley and a bit of blue cheese cost over PLN 50, nagets for children are those bought from Biedronka and a few fries for PLN 38. For side dishes such as salad you have to pay extra PLN 16, there is no traffic and the waiting time is very long. We will never go back there and I do not recommend it, it is the worst restaurant I have ever been to

We recently had dinner there to pass the time. I had my car completely serviced across the street. So we had time.It takes quite a long time for the food to arrive. But it is also pointed out. Therefore ok. The food, in my case, was lamb goulash. It was great. I was already there in the summer. There is a great outdoor area with a pond etc. I can only recommend it.

Delicious pork neck, I've never eaten it like this before, huge portion. Very nice service and great atmosphere. An ideal place to meet with family and integrate with employees. 🥰

The hotel is located just behind the border with Germany on a street next to a gas station. It is new and the hotel has a beautiful, large area with a pond and pavilion. The rooms were clean. You could make your own tea or coffee in the morning with a kettle. It feels like it's in the forest except for the big road that passes in front.What we didn't like: Since the hotel was apparently very new, you could only sleep with the window open because the smell of OSB boards or chipboard that emanated when the window was closed was unbearable. The window at the entrance to the room had already been hit and was cracked. There was no refrigerator as described. Nowhere - in no closet - not even next to the couch. It was probably stolen because I know what a refrigerator looks like. Furthermore, something bit/stabbed me in the foot which caused a lot of swelling. But it doesn't necessarily have to be at the hotel but could also have been at the open window. The departure turned out to be complicated because the staff didn't want to let us leave and wanted to collect the invoice amount again even though the payment had already been made via Booking or was recorded as sales. Furthermore, the price/performance ratio doesn't fit here. €99.20 plus VISA fees without breakfast is far too expensive. Here you will find much cheaper alternatives on the German side - but unfortunately we realized it too late.

The restaurant is really great, small menu, steak medium ordered, and that's how it came, slightly seasoned, but better that way than spicy,Everything went quickly, the waiter speaks good German,nice ambience
