An inexpensive pension that I quickly found after my car broke down.It was a clean room with a small balcony with a river view. It was nice to take a break for a whileI searched on Google Maps and made a same-day reservation through Booking.com.I self-checked in by receiving key box number information over the phone.

I just spent a night in the Pension Oderblick - and was impressed. A wonderful room with a balcony directly overlooking the Oder. With a refrigerator, kettle, safe and hairdryer, you don't find that in every hotel room. It was also spotlessly clean, a big compliment to the friendly Polish employee!

We spent a night here while passing through by bike and only had good things to say. Contacting us was no problem at all and the landlord was super friendly and helpful, even at a late hour. The room was spacious and clean with a small balcony (view of the Oder!) and there was a covered and locked storage area at the house for our bikes. We had everything we needed in the room and we were particularly pleased with the fridge and kettle - that's not a given in this price category.

This guesthouse may have been nice in the past, but you shouldn't visit it anymore:Nobody on site, unfriendly person on the phone who had no idea about booking, sagging beds lead to back pain, broken fridge, acrid smelling bathroom, gloomy old furniture, deserted restaurant on the ground floor, lots of rubbish next to the house, overflowing rubbish bins. The operator cannot be held responsible for the construction site in front of the house.It's a shame about this actually beautiful house.

Really nice location. Clean. Just the info from staff and communication with them was awful. Not that they were impolite. They just didn't answer at all or answered but with not knowing what exactly.

The rooms are shabby, no one does anything to them, nothing is replaced. Refrigerator broken, mattresses sagging, shower cubicle broken, shower mat missing, hairdryer available but housing broken, towel hooks missing, poor lighting in the bathroom, smoke detector on the bedside table because of the ceiling Liked, bulbs in the lamp are missing, chair cushions for the balcony are not available in every room, broken bed linen and so on.Restaurant closed.

When I arrived, despite booking, I found myself standing in front of a locked door and obviously no one was there. After 3/4 hour of trying to make contact, I left again and looked for another hotel nearby. Therefore I cannot make a recommendation. Shame about the money.

I've already experienced a lot in Germany, but an attitude of refusal like that in the Pension Oderblick is unparalleled.Apparently visibly annoyed by my call and the completely justified question as to how I could get my room key, I received a message via Booking with the following content: "1". That was the room number. The code to the key safe was only given upon specific request. The first three phone numbers on the front door were unreachable (thanks!), the lady at number four said, "I'm actually not responsible." I was then allowed to work through the list of questions that are now common in Germany - where did you book, when are you coming, how long are you staying. Why do I actually book if no one has it on their radar anyway?Honest warning: the room on the ground floor is the last thing you can expect of a paying guest (constant door slamming, other guests talking in front of the room door, passage to the restaurant with its terrace in front of your nose and no view of the Oder). Unfortunately, I'm one of the idiots who still go to work in this country and so I was the last guest to arrive and was given the junk room on the ground floor.A €9.90 runner from Poco could cover the damaged floor, a hairdryer with a defective housing has no place in the bathroom and if the minibar is switched off, the door must remain open to prevent mold. The thing smelled.

Very nice room, and view over the bank construction site of the Oder. Unfortunately, no communication regarding the breakfast option that cannot be adhered to, very annoying, time-consuming and costly. WiFi 2 stars at best :)

The house is actually in a great location on the Oder promenade - which is unfortunately a permanent construction site, like so many things in Frankfurt/Oder.Our room number 7 was simple, but fully equipped, clean and tidy and very spacious for a house in this price range. The small balcony with a view of the river was very nice, but what was less nice was that no breakfast was offered in the house and the restaurant, which was actually quite nice, remained closed. A major drawback for a house that appeals to cyclists as a target group is the fact that there is no secure storage for bicycles!

Everything was really beautiful for us. When we arrived we were warmly greeted. The whole house has been newly renovated. Some of the furniture is older. You have a balcony and a beautiful view of the Oder.For the price performance a great place to stay in Frankfurt Oder. I'd love to come back
