Great service! Clean, cozy, quiet and contactless! An introvert's dream! 😄The rooms are tidy, without unnecessary smells! The forest is around, the air is simply unreal! The beds are so comfortable that waking up in the morning is unreal)))And you can also with animals!I recommend!Nuances: there is no restaurant, there are no shops or food establishments nearby. Breakfast is available, but very modest. Nevertheless, it meets the standards.Despite this, I liked everything, thanks!

A very spacious, cozy, and large room with comfortable beds, complimentary water, and tea provided in the rooms. The breakfast is delicious, and there's free parking available. However, a major downside on a hot summer day, when it's 32°C outside, is that the room is just as warm due to the lack of air conditioning…

This review was written by my grandfather and myself. (This review was supposed to be posted on 19 October 2022 but for some reason has only been posted recently 18 July 2024)-Parkhotel Viktoria is a modern hotel located in a quiet business district on edge of Velten in the middle of some forests.The two-person room we got was large. Not too large, not to small. It's essentially the perfect size to accommodate two people comfortably.Two hours before we had even arrived we got our digital key in the mail. This key provides us digital access to the locks in the building. (Only the locks of the front door and our own room, obviously.) As we walked to the entrance of the building I can only describe the following events as magical. With the swipe of a button on our mobile phones the door slowly swung open welcoming us with a beep. We didn't need to check in because we already had our keys! We hopped in the elevator and headed up to our floor.Lights automatically illuminated the hallway as we walked through to our room. Opening our room door was similar to opening the front door, but it was still a fancy experience.This review has 4/5 stars because not everything is 100% perfect.The elevator is a little old fashioned and very small. The label says it can fit a maximum of 4 people but fitting a third person in would be a struggle. The elevator doesn't come to a controlled stop and instead wiggles up and down once it has reached the desired floor - you also have to get moving quickly to rush out of the elevator otherwise the door will close and you'll return to the ground floor. We've even had the situation happen where one of us would have to push away a closing elevator door after just three seconds of arriving at the desired floor! (Not so modern after all?)Our room:The carpet in our room that covers the entire floor is worn, a little torn in places and has small dirty spots. (There is one big dirty spot in the corner of our room.)We never intended to take off our shoes and walk barefoot, so this didn't mind us that much however it is still something to notice.Next is that some of our utilities did not function. A desk light provided for our wall-mounted desk does not work regardless of the socket it is plugged into. We also have a big mood light which does work but was plugged into an outlet which has no power. So to clarify: There are outlets that do not provide power.We loved the aforementioned wall-mounted desk, it's very stable and nice to work on. The TV also works very nicely and stands on a very handy shelf. The suitcase stand works wonderfully. The big dresser to hang your coats and store clothes is also very practical and spacious. The bathroom is snug but not tight, it gets the job done comfortably.Breakfast looks like it has a lot of options for you to pick out, however if you are just a little late you will notice that your options are somewhat limited. (As far as we're aware) You have to ask the staff to come and refill certain foodstuffs, they won't refill them automatically. For those who like simple breakfasts running late isn't that bad, but if you are a varied eater you might not fulfil your needs if you run a little late.We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Room has no air conditioning, curtains don't keep heat out in summer. Breakfast (scrambled eggs/Vienna sausages) was sometimes cold despite arriving early. New coffee was only brought after repeated requests. No contact person on site. Overall, the conclusion: Not again!

It's a shame, I have to give it one star!This hotel is just right for all those who want to do without ARD during the EM broadcasting Germany Switzerland in the first program, who like to look into the unlocked drain in the sink, who do without cosmetic bins in the bathroom, who get trapped by the elevator door without a light barrier and Want to watch annoying TV programs for breakfast and spend the night at the end of the world and at a totally overpriced price. Everyone else should avoid this house

Easy check in. Very helpful staff. Actually the best hotel in recent years. If you complain about the breakfast you just have to go to Kempinski and pay. You should see everything objectively. I have been working in the catering industry for 50 years and can only say....hats off.....

What can I say? The photos I saw on the websites couldn't have been taken in my room. That was more than easy.What I disliked:- Hair in the shower- a brown mass (which was probably not chocolate) on the edge of the opened toilet paper roll- Light switch/socket almost fell out of the wall- Checking in using the code sent by email didn't work at first.Breakfast buffet was ok, except for the sticky rolls.

The price/performance ratio is fair. The hotel works independently (without a large staff in the foreground and controlled via an app - therefore only three stars for the service because I lack the personal connection, but the technology worked without any problems) but it is clean and quiet. Breakfast was absolutely sufficient and there was a bit of everything. I would choose the option again for one night on a business trip.
