Incase you are a tourist in Berlin, looking for accommodation with access to literally everything, transportation, shopping centre, this is a place for you .So good for group travellers,we enjoyed our stay there.

The rooms are spacious. Too bad you can't push the beds next to each other due to lack of space. Sleeping together as a couple is not possible. Shower room was spacious enough. The beds, on the other hand, were very bad. Waking up with back pain. Itching and red bumps. Drove home a day earlier because of that. Location is great, you step out the door and you have everything at hand.

We had a reservation for August 4th. 5 days before the flight, we found out my brother had cancer and had to operate him ASAP. I contacted the hotel for trying to cancel the reservation and they not only ignored my messages but refused to return the money or at least reduce the cancellation fee.Just immoral behaviour and greed when all we needed was a little help after this tragic news. I hope noone ever go to this hotel again so they get what they deserve for their unethical greed.

Absolutely fine for a 3-star hotel. The room (3 beds) was big enough. The bathroom OK. The location is very central and close to the S-Bahn/U-Bahn. There's no breakfast, but you can find something outside everywhere.So, all in one a good 3-star hotel

Absolutely awful experience! Cigarette smell everywhere, noisy hotel where you can't even lock your room from the inside + as a bonus - everyone can access your room,because the locks on all rooms And apartments Are the same! During our stay,bunch of drunk foreigners just unlocked our door And tried to get it. The hotel apartments look completely different from the pictures on booking, hot water only runs in the shower and kitchenware doesnt work on the induction stove which Is the only source of heat in the "kitchen". The hotel doesnt communicate via emails and they use the ringing of the phone as an Ambient music, So dont expect any information or refunds if you fall into their trap. Oh And they want you to pay 100€ in advance in case you break something in these luxurious apartments. Stay Away,they Are much better choices in the same Area for same money.

Sufficient for an overnight stay. We were told in the morning that toilet paper was missing and when we came back in the evening we had to get it ourselves from downstairs.The beds quite comfortable.The Charlottenburg train station is a few meters away, from there you can get anywhere in Berlin in no time. Everything you need for breakfast and eating is close by.

Absolutely dreadful experience at this hotel. They got us in the wrong room and then came while sleeping and tried to kick us out, blaming us for the confusion. Not only did they commit a gross breach of privacy by disclosing personal information of other guests to us, but their attitude towards us after their mistake was abhorrent. The staff spoke to us in a disrespectful manner, showing a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Stay far, far away.

In short: A terrible experience.The staff has been very unpleasant, they have yelled at us and woke us up while we were sleeping due to a room assignment mistake that they themselves had made.They kicked us out of the hotel because they had committed the room to two groups of guests at the same time. We have been left without a place to sleep on the same day of arrival and on top of that they have shared personal data of others due to their reservation management errors.

Oh... They try to keep it clean here. The thermostatic valve head was broken and had probably been broken for a long time, it was far too warm in the room. We cleaned the bathroom, it could be renovated here... The toilet lid was new. 👍 The toilet brush, on the other hand, hardly had any brush left... It's amazing that no one notices this... 🙄 The beds are single beds 1x2m and are slippery on the floor. If you want to lie together, you have a problem because the beds then slide apart. Even when asked they couldn't help... The windows are new. It's an old house, the stucco and the tiled stoves are worth an eye-catcher!

Nice location - next to bus stop, metro and train. Also there are nice restaurants in the neighbourhood, basically next street is kinda “main street” or we felt like it because there was TK Maxx shop, McDonalds, KFC, DM, ROSSMANN and many more shops.We were quite sceptical of the hotel because there was a lot of negative comments. But the room was clean, enough dishes and we slept alright. One thing I would criticise that maybe the key rooms are the same so you can get to any room here. I can’t confirm it, but someone breached to our room on our last day.

The hotel is very well located. That's where the positives end. The most significant downside is the cleaning. There was hair and pills on the floor from previous guests. The sofa and bed, it seemed, had never been moved at all. Dust. Dried liquid. Photos are attached. In all this time we have never heard the vacuum cleaner turned on. One star for the service, thanks to the nice woman at the reception. Overall, I don't recommend staying there.

The rooms are clean as well as the bathroom. Towels are there and a soap dispenser. Otherwise our beds were pretty shabby and there is always an unpleasant smell in the hallway when you want to go to the room. Everything is a bit old.

The hotel's central location is a big plus, but it is also a noisy area.There is free Wi-Fi, towels and a soap dispenser as well as a hairdryer.Unfortunately, the greeting at reception was anything but friendly, you didn't really feel welcome and you barely understood what was being said to you in poorly understandable German. The stairwell looked like a construction site, painting work and no windows open. The room smells like an incense stick is burning all the time.Okay for just an overnight stay - but we won't be coming back again.

Older hotel and a little bit run down but 100% adequate, no dramas, everything worked. Check in/out was fine.The location near Charlottenburg Station and Wilmersdorfer Street was convenient for both shopping/food and getting into the centre of town. Very good value for money and would stay here again.
