Very friendly staff, very nice newly renovated reception as well as rooms. Helped directly if needed/problems, always available. 5 stars, I would give more if possible. You had parking, but you had to pay for it, but it was still very good to have a parking space in the city :)

Once and never again neither 35-40€ is the room worth (broom closet) dirty, musty and the shared shower is dangerous to life.. Shower exit so high and nothing to hold on to, so there could easily be broken bones.. Saw on the internet when booking Of course it looked friendlier.. Unfortunately I needed a room because I had an appointment at the Berlin Charité Heart Center the next day.. When I handed over the keys I was actually asked and they would stay another night.. No definitely not.. You could ask what was bothering you, etc.. All the best for you was goodbye and we look forward to welcoming you back soon.. 🙄Definitely not.. Stay away.. Even if you are told on arrival that the spiral staircase is already 120 Years old... Breakfast was ok no fruit and vegetables coffee was like crap... The next day I had another hotel that was the same price but wow wow

Ideal for educating yourself on the latest pickpocketing trends. It is often visited by such gentlemen in whole groups, who then make the area unsafe. So if you still want to train hard, this is the right place for you. Top!

I will say this, for a hostel this is normal. Well, maybe what else to expect from this hotel in the low category. Location - yes, it's a plus. I don’t know if all administrators speak Russian, but I came across just such a person, for me this is a plus. Otherwise... rooms for 4 people, small bathroom and small room in general. And the smell... just the smell of a smoky room. Very stable. Fortunately, my colleagues and I were there only for one night.

Really lovely hotel, close to the station so easy access to the city. The noise on the streets might be a problem when it's hot, since there is not fan.

Nice gentleman, huge room, but unfortunately there were some songs in the bathroom. Fortunately, we only slept there with our friends. The place has potential. Once this mold is removed, I'll give it 5 stars because it's a real banger considering the price.

Icy cold 🥶, no heating at 6C outside, not cleaned up room, bed 🛌 and only superficially in bathroom. And overall pricy given that even (good) breakfast is not included

Price-performance ratio is completely fine. Room was clean and the staff was always super friendly to us. Sure, you can't expect luxury for the price, but the room meets all expectations.

The location is quite good. You don't hear any traffic at night. Our room with the bathroom was. also clean. For the price the offer is very good 👍.

We booked a room for one night. The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. The hotel is not the newest, but ok. Since the hotel is on the street, it wasn't completely quiet, but you could sleep well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our special requests were taken into account. Maybe the carpet in the hallway and in the room should be changed. There was a strange smell in the hallway, but it was made more pleasant with air freshener. I would come back if the price for one night was lower because the price per night was not justified here. We were not told that breakfast was included. But overall I think it's okay as it's enough for just sleeping.

Absolutely not suitable for business trips. Rooms very noisy. Room and bathroom very dirty and mold found on every corner. Hallways also smell very strong. Room service only comes to fold blankets. No way to tell room service that the room should not be entered. Reception only open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The only positive thing is the location of the accommodation.
