I thought it was enough for 2 people, but it bothered me that it was loud outside (street ban and driveway), you could only open the windows to a limited extent.Shower head 2x was leaking/brokenPaid parking spacesI really liked the coffee next door, with a delicious breakfast and friendly service.

Hotel not far from the centre, but with transport available within walking distance. Clean, but dark room. For check-in the reception is closed, but via WhatsApp they immediately send the code to open the door. Basic hotel without pretensions.

In truth I can only assess that, having arrived at night, after thirty calls - same phone number on the website - no one opened the door. At this moment I cannot therefore give an opinion. They were notified by email, an email to which they did not respond, two days in advance.

The person at reception was very welcoming. We hadn't provided an arrival time, but the person at reception was very accommodating in telling us how we could organize ourselves. The room was large and spacious, heated, and very serene. The hotel is really well located, close to transport, with bars and fast food restaurants within reach.

Monday morning 11am. Nobody at the reception. Supposedly someone is present between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. Monday to Saturday, but that doesn't seem to be the case. The rooms are just fine, but this is another dubious hotel that doesn't seem to have the budget for 24 hour staff. In the 4 nights I was there I saw people arriving at the door several times who couldn't check in because no one was there and the number didn't work.

Room good, but a bit cold in the room, check-in from 3 p.m. exactly when reception closes? Then you stand in front of the door in the cold and rain, call the friendly receptionist and give them your phone number to give them your details and then finally get the door code. Parking is really difficult in the entire area - even with a parking fee of 2 euros per hour, it's hard to find anything.

Landed in a suite with a free update. 10 years ago it was definitely very modern. However, a few little things didn't meet my expectations. The tiny toilet, the scattered light switches, the completely open bathroom and the direct entrance from the street (only affecting this suite) and the cold stone floor were not that nice. There are a few small cosmetic defects and repairs needed. On the other hand, the information and arrival were extremely positive. Independent check-in at any time and the same for checkout. Great thing and well explained.

We were there for 4 days and overall very satisfied - and after some terrible reviews, even very positively surprised. We booked a standard room but probably got a superior room with a bathtub. I was lucky. The bathroom is completely new and equipped to a high standard - unfortunately without direct light on the mirror, so applying make-up was a gamble. The bed was good and new, the furniture was chic but not of high quality. There was a kettle with various teas, a small room safe and SKY television. The windows block out the noise well when closed, but I imagine it would be difficult in the warmer seasons. The tram to Alexanderplatz is right outside the door.Breakfast would have been available in the directly adjacent café, but we didn't take advantage of it. Absolute recommendation, great value for money.

The hotel was a great stay for us. The room was spacious with a large washroom and clean. They had coffee and tea within the room which was very convenient. They even provided a fan which was really appreciated. The hotel is a stop or two away by tram from the Berlin TV tower and lots of stores and restaurants.

Was accommodated here for almost 14 days. (Assembly activity)Had the suite.Unfortunately everything is very impractical. No mirror over the sink! But in the middle of the room 😖Access to the suite from the street without a hallway. (It was probably a small shop or business at one time🙄)Everything is very loud!Shower in the middle.(don't know what the architect was thinking when he divided it up)The fridge had to be plugged in first. The only good thing was the direct connection to the S Bahn. (3 min walk)
