Poor lobby bar service. Dirty bar. Not well managed. Room for improvement. I won’t stay here again. Better go to Steigenberger

Really bad experience. Computers were locked out for over 30 minutes, 20 people standing in line trying to check in, room keys weren't working for several people who had to come back down to reload the key. Rooms are small, lobby is small. ☹️

Traveled for work. Arrived late and was welcomed. Good location in relation to the airport.The room was far too hot and it was not for sleeping. There is air conditioning in the rooms and they have tried to make it foolproof. Set the air conditioning to the lowest setting (19 degrees), when I got up because the temperature was too high it was 25.5 degrees. My colleague slept in the room next door and had the same experience. Told the reception, who said I wasn't the first to complain about the temperature. The building management reported that there was nothing to do. It's just not good enough!!We asked about shuttle service to the airport, were directed to a QR code and a website that was only in German. The English version of the website did not work. Used google translate, never mind. We got through the website and bought the shuttle to the airport (which only cost 3 Eur per person, good price!). Departure 1200-1230.At 1145 the reception asked where the bus would stop in connection with check-out. They said that the shuttle bus stopped right outside the hotel. Great. We sat down at the reception and waited. At 1235 we asked the hotel if they were sure that the shuttle would come. The receptionist raised her head and said that the shuttle bus had just passed by. What the hell is the point?Why buy a ticket in advance, ask where the bus stops and sit in front of the receptionists and wait - only to be told - that we had to line up on the road and that was why we hadn't come along. That's too weak-willed. If only the receptionists had told us to wait outside, we would have had a chance.One solution could be to make a lamp outside by the road that can be switched on and off from inside the reception with a red light, so that the shuttle bus can see that someone is going.The hotel was otherwise nicely clean and tidy, but there are two points of improvement right here!Could you have opened the window instead of the air conditioning? NO, the hotel is right next to the airport and you would be woken up every time a plane took off or landed. In addition, the windows could also only be opened with a squeeze

Stylish and cozy rooms, friendly staff. Unfortunately, my room #216 was a bit smelly. Maybe they should send in the plumber

Great hotel, nice stuff. Location is very close to airport, but you'll need a bus. If you are coming in the middle of the night, than you need Uber or Taxi.

Quiet modern hotel without reception.

Very friendly staff. Some other users complained that the staff only spoke English. I can't confirm that. All the people we interacted with were multilingual 👍🏼.The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and is more than justified for the price.In the evening, small meals are offered which are consistently good.The connection by public transport is not entirely optimal, but it can be easily reached by bus or your own car. The hotel's own parking spaces are available.We were very satisfied!

No free shuttle bus to the airport for a airport hotel. How is this an airport hotel?

I think it's a great hotel, cool style and nice young staff👍 the breakfast was rich and really tasty
