The house is in great need of renovation. The bathroom is a disaster, sink hanging out of the wall, tiles broken and sunk, etc. Breakfast very spartan, old bread rolls. The guesthouse wasn't worth the money.

The room could use some renovation, but was clean. The towels could be replaced. The TV had very poor reception. The shower had hardly any water jet, which was also cold. The breakfast was sufficient, the staff friendly.

It's in need of renovation, the toilet was clean but the floor tiles were missing and I didn't have TV for three days 🫣Breakfast was okay if you don't have high expectations. Well, I've been to the hotel a few times and I've always liked it, but unfortunately it's worn off.

The small hotel is getting a bit old, which of course has its charm. The staff is friendly. Price-performance ratio is okay. We were there for 4 nights and it was enough to sleep. The bed was really very comfortable. The elevator in the building is a bit of an adventure. He got stuck twice, but help was apparently on site very quickly, even at a late hour. However, it would be helpful if there was a notice on the elevator when it is out of service. The breakfast was absolutely great and, in our opinion, absolutely sufficient for the great, fair price. All in all, if you don't have any luxury requirements, the hotel is a good choice for those on a budget. Location is top.

Old building, you can almost imagine what awaits you inside. You won't be disappointed either. Overall, more attention should be paid to cleanliness, especially in the entrance area. But since the hotel and private apartments are housed in the building, perhaps there are discrepancies?The elevator is an adventure. And with a reception on the 2nd floor, it is urgently needed, especially for older people who can no longer climb stairs well. But if the door isn't closed properly, the elevator won't move. Everyone has to pay attention when they get out, but unfortunately it is often forgotten. Automatic door closers would be helpful!When we booked two rooms, we were given a room that deserved this name, but another that could be described as a converted room. Both rooms are of course the same price!After complaining on the second day we got two (almost) identical rooms.The rather “semi”-friendly tip from the reception was to inquire and book by telephone in the future, and this in the modern online age!Several power outages made watching TV or reading with the lights on more of a gamble. Drinks at reception were not refilled throughout the stay. Breakfast was generally good, apart from the broken toaster and the rolls.Unfortunately the location is the only good thing.

Hotel nothing that is good for one night.I recommend freshening up if you have rooms with fresher furnishings.Then the paranoia of not being able to open the windows without having the climate on should be seen again.

There were two of us in a double room.There was only one chair at the desk for 2 people.No other seating other than bed.My request at the reception for a second chair was heard and "yesified", but nothing happened. We didn't get one.Two single, narrow beds, mattresses too soft, lie on the frame and slide back and forth.Consequence - I fell off the bed when I sat down because all the stuff was sliding. The loose sheets didn't hold up.The curtain was dirty and stained when we moved into the room.The refrigerator has no shelf and is unclean.Carpet heavily soiled.The closet smells bad and we haven't put any clothes in it.For 2 people 1 whole bedside lamp. No visible sockets on the bed (sleep apnea machine requires electricity)Covering lumpy, shaggy interior, was probably a spring cassette ceiling.Pillows also just lumpy.Walls very dirty, stained.A socket that was installed later is loose in the wall. Cable plaster not painted over.Everything seems to have been like this for years.The paint is peeling off the wooden ceiling.The inside of the room door is very shabby, dirty, with wallpaper and paint painted over at some point in the past.There's a lot of spak in the bathroom, black grout lines that are actually white.Toilet flush is stuck.Heating directly IN the shower, therefore in a dilapidated condition.Two steps up to the tub, nothing to protect you from falling. No hint.Window in shower completely calcified.The (shower) water in the bathroom varies greatly between cold and hot. Constant setting not possible.Very unmoderate.The shower attachment on the faucet is missing in the tub, so water is bubbling out. No plugs etc. for possibly a bath or a quick wash in the sink.Everything is very old, worn out, paint on the walls and ceilings."Breakfast buffet" consisted of bread rolls, toast, brown bread, mixed bread, milk rolls, which were apparently home-baked.Toppings okay so far.Fresh coffee. Juices sufficient.Cutlery could be cleaner, I put something from the fresh box directly into the dirty cutlery several times because it was grossly unclean.Fruit - brown apples, vegetables - tomatoes, peppers and cucumbers - dried heavily at the interface every 5 days. Zero fresh moisture.The breakfast room was also very old due to the renovation.Carpet throughout the house that smells bad and is heavily stained.Room cleaning - once the trash can was emptied, once the beds were made up. Normally we always did it ourselves, sometimes we wiped through the sink.CONCLUSION: Those were 5 days that we only endured because we were gone all day.Which doesn't justify such a situation.Again - unfortunately no.Internet pictures do not reflect what we actually had here.

Near Kudamm, U7 Konstanzer Straße (Ballenstedter Straße exit).Old building with ancient wooden elevator.Reception on the 2nd floor, rooms also higher.Original Retro Vintage, breakfast included with wholemeal bread and pancakes.A little old, but the price-performance ratio is right.One star deducted because of slow and unstable WiFi.

We were welcomed for our money. But we stayed in a better one for the same price. There is no comfort, you can stay if you are just looking for a place to sleep. It consists of old style wooden furniture such as elevator doors, tables, beds etc. It is a place that those who love the authentic atmosphere will love. It reminds me of old lives. In other words, it can be adjusted more appropriately according to comfort. Bathroom Sink was very small. There were some basic needs that could be arranged. Slippers, kettle, tea and coffee could be left in the refrigerator along with water, soda and cola. We had to go out in the middle of the night for water and other grocery needs. So, all you have to do is go to BOARD.

Perfectly reasonable given the more than generous price given to the rooms .Gets the job done, especially when in a pinch. I reserved on the same day of my stay. I checked in 5 hours later at 9 pmRooms are varied. Mine was a single bed. The only negative point was the striking lack of a private toilet. Though a private shower was available.Noise was not too much of an issue, though soundproofing is not stellar.But then again, the price per night was ridiculously cheap.
