The room (29) was quiet and clean. The bed was really good, I slept well. Unfortunately, the temperature of the water in the shower could hardly be adjusted. No breakfast is offered. At Netto next door there is a bakery where you can have breakfast. There is also an Italian restaurant in the house.The hotel is a bit out of the way, it takes about 45 minutes to get to Alexanderplatz by public transport. 3 minutes to the bus stop.

I was captured by the positive reviews which unfortunately I have to deny, starting from the staff who are not only not friendly, but don't even speak English, making the welcome even less pleasant.The owner is rude.Reception only available in the afternoon (absurd), like the lift which is suspended at night. Hallucinating.The location is terrible, there will also be room for the car but it is 20km from everything, this makes every move infinite and expensive.They don't serve breakfast so you have to make do with the two nearby places, one of which is a McDonald's.The rooms, in addition to having carpet, are dirty with broken and torn sheets, towels.The table and bedside lights do not work, some are not even connected because there is no power socket nearby.The bubble bath looks like wcnet.Plus, it was very expensive, we stayed during IFA for two nights for €295.Out of mind. It should change management and be renovated. So not even at €50 a night is it worth it.

It has a quiet location, but we could not stay. We told the reception that we wanted to pay by card, but they only wanted cash. There was a POS device for card payment. He reacted harshly, no kindness.

It is easy to go to the city center and metro by bus number 171 on Zadekstr street, it is run by Kazakh ladies, very clean rooms, there was no refrigerator or air conditioning, friendly people, there is a nice Italian pizzeria right next to it and Neto market 50 meters away, you can find everything 2 -Around 3 euros.

Price performance is really good, everything is friendly, clean and the elevator is closed from 8 p.m., it's a good evening workout on the 3rd floor, we had the round room on the corner, also very great 🥰

The room was dirty, the bath was uncomfortable and dirty.There was nobody at the reception. i left the hotel at 9 am,nobody was there to answer.The elevator was not working during the night.Terrible experience.

Rooms are ok, we really only needed ours to sleep.The hotel is relatively far away from the city center, but since there is always a bus into the city, that doesn't matter. Bus stop is right around the corner.You can also have breakfast at Netto around the corner, about 80m away.The hotel itself: Rooms are small, but OK. Shower in the evening: can work, but you may not have much warm water.The reception is no longer staffed after 8 p.m. - but it didn't bother us.According to the hotel description you can pay with credit card, but when checking out you are asked several times to pay in cash...But you can also do it with a card!The hotel is located directly at an intersection, so it is noisy at night.Conclusion: OK only for overnight stay, I won't necessarily book it again the next time I'm in Berlin.

We stayed in this hotel one night last week before flying to Cuba for a vacation. Despite the 3 stars and low price, we were very pleasantly surprised. Friendly service, impeccably clean room with bathroom, nice surroundings, great location, very close to the airport. I recommend!

Das ist der Stadtrand von Berlin, 45 Minuten mit dem Bus ins Zentrum.Der Aufzug ist bis 20:00 Uhr geöffnet, was sehr traurig ist, ich wohnte im 4. Stock 🤷♂️🤦♂️This is the outskirts of Berlin, 45 minutes by bus to the center.The elevator is open until 20:00 which is very sad, I lived on the 4th floor 🤷♂️🤦♂️

An old nice hotel.It's very cheap and you shouldn't expect too much for it.Everything was clean and worked.Overall very good for the price.

If you want to get into a non-smoking room, it may not be easy. Despite the fact that a non-smoking room was indicated when booking, we had to move twice.It was generally impossible to be in the first one, and the smell of smoking was also very strong in the second one, although the room was supposedly non-smoking. It even contained a memo threatening a fine if violated.Luckily the staff is very nice and helpful and we were lucky with the third room, it was clean and comfortable.But we would certainly prefer to do without these inconveniences.

I always get an overnight stay in a clean and tidy room, even at relatively short notice. All the employees are nice and we can find a solution even if there are difficulties in communication. Breakfast used to be included in the price, which was not a given and varied for Berlin standards. Unfortunately the service is no longer offered. Since I always have to go to Berlin, this hotel is still my first choice.
