Hotel is already very old. Our family room was very large and unfortunately carpeted. Since the description said it was allergy friendly, I was a little confused. The carpet was dirty and there were used tissues piled up behind the bed. The next day, it was cleaned again. It was a little better there. My kids and I have severe allergies and suffered greatly from them. The gentleman at the reception tried, but there wasn't really a solution. Breakfast was great. 20€ for a parking space was also quite expensive. The location was perfect on the S-Bahn.

Central, but very loud. It was very loud until 4am. Elevator stops on half the floor. It means lugging suitcases up or down. Room wasn't cleaned even though we asked for it. There was dirt and old things next to the bed. Spider web in the room. Very old bathroom. Parking is on another street, which is very narrow and dirty.

Reasonable hotel. The location is excellent, central but not noisy and very easy to get to from the S-Bahn station and there are restaurants, cafes and parks nearby. The hotel staff is nice and friendly. The room we got was very small and cramped, even though we booked a room for a couple with a baby, so we could hardly step on the floor because there was no room, even though we saw that there were bigger rooms. It was written in the order that we were supposed to get a bottle of water and a newspaper, but we didn't.The bed is very very uncomfortable. A thin and too soft mattress that kept sliding down and was not comfortable to sleep on, the sheets were not suitable for the bed either. The elevator itself also goes up half a floor and you always have to go up or down the stairs, and it was difficult for us with luggage and a baby carriage. However, the price is relatively cheap for the environment and the price matches the value. In my opinion, the hotel is more suitable for individuals or couples and is worth the price when it is only a place to stay.

Very good location, comfortable mattress. Just dust in the room and clogged shower (or really very low output flow) I spoke about it to reception during my first night but nothing changed. Also during the 1st night the smoke detector beeps every 3 minutes during the night. Repaired during the following day.

Due to my flight being delayed, I ended up stranded outside the hotel when I arrived at 11.30 PM. The reception apparently closes at 10 PM, but no one informs you about this, even though they have the details of the guest with a reservation for that day. It’s a business that lacks the ability to provide any explanation. They left a phone number at the door, and when you call, you’re met with an unprofessional and rude man saying, 'Why are you calling me?' Even after convincing them that you have a check-in, they claim they can’t do anything. Because of this establishment, I had to find another hotel at 2:30 AM. I definitely do not recommend this place. The manager is unprofessional, has poor communication skills, and is rude.Edit: Let me clarify, since the reservation was made through my company in my name, I did not receive any emails, including any information regarding online check-in. Moreover, you have my phone number, so you could have informed me that way. The fact that you're still commenting without understanding the urgency of the situation further shows how unprofessional this establishment is. I initially thought it was a single occupancy in a double bed room, and that I could pay an extra fee for an additional guest. But instead of understanding this, you dismissed it outright. TLDR, if you want to pay to be treated poorly, you can choose this hotel.

Booked a room, then called the MA to extend it in the same room.I had also booked a baby bed and had it confirmed, but instead I got a family room and had to pay a surcharge.Argument from the hotel manager, communication problem. This is not the customer's problem if the service is not right. In the end I was offered a free breakfast which I didn't accept because the hotel manager himself realized that it wasn't my fault and I showed him the written confirmation.Room itself, empty Red Bull can above the bed, even when we had it cleaned it wasn't removed.
