Hotel in Neukölln ok. Approx. 300 m to theSubway station. Parking in front of the hotel or underground car park. Went to Berlin by train. Room clean. Bed good. Unfortunately, breakfast is not included, so the price-performance ratio is not right. Gastronomy, pubs, restaurants on the main street near the subway.

Non-smoking room but smelled like smoke for two days. Small room. The wardrobe is almost non-existent. Nice bathroom. No air conditioning. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is very decentralized, fortunately well served by the metro but it takes about 25 minutes to reach the center. The area is very dirty and the metro is very poorly frequented.

Good location to the S-Bahn. The neighborhood and surrounding area of the hotel is very dirty and I did not feel safe there in the evening. Average rooms, soft mattresses, rather below average breakfast. There is a machine for drinks and snacks in the hotel, but it does not accept cards. I hope that next time we will live elsewhere with the company.

A price of €95 for one night was quoted on the phone. I even asked, completely surprised, “95€???”. Receptionist answer (I assume) “Yes!”. I then gave my personal details and credit card details and completed the booking. I then received a bill for OVER €260 that was deducted from my credit card. What is that supposed to mean??? I have no trust in this motel. Please find another accommodation. This is not customer friendly and really fraudulent behavior…

I've been there once before for a realistic price per night. This time I wanted to book again.. expensive on booking etc., then I called and was told on the phone a price of €95 per night instead of around €250. Then I was supposed to send an email with all the details and then the booking confirmation came with €261.45 instead of the promised €95 for one night. What worked well, then the immediate cancellation. So as a little tip, maybe state the realistic price on the phone next time. Thanks.

Definitely a get what you pay for type of situation. We were in Berlin during a heatwave and there's no AC. They do have fans downstairs, but they need a ten euro deposit. Pretty sure the fan won't fit in the overhead on the flight back so I'm not sure what they are worried about. I didn't have ten euro on me and they asked for my Drivers' License....to keep until I return their solid gold fan. No chance. They also just hand you the fan and you have to take it up to your room, which isn't a big deal, but again, you get what you pay for.The room itself is fine. You will need to ask for extra pillows. There is a great coffee shop nearby and plenty of restaurants if you don't mind a walk. Wouldn't stay here again, though. It's plainly not a very nice hotel, and very much a budget hotel such a Travel Lodge in the states. We had a lot of activities and dinners planned in Neukolin, but if you are looking to go to the main tourist stuff, I'd stay elsewhere.

Rooms are clean and modern, appropriate for the price.Unfortunately there is no air conditioning, which is unreasonable when the outside temperature is 30 degrees - windows can be opened, but absolutely not recommended as the street is VERY loud.3rd bed in the family room is an absolute disgrace, a thick carpet would be more comfortable.Service is ok, but when I asked if I was allowed to park on the street, I was told that it was forbidden (whereupon I bought a parking ticket in the underground car park for €15). In my opinion you are allowed to park on the street, so in my opinion it was a complete lie (but I could have checked).Still only 3 stars, because it's ok, but only ok because Berlin.

Very very cold reception this Sunday evening!!!No effort to explain anything!I take the parking for 15€/day and ask where the entrance is and how it goes! We tell you it's not far from here but without further explanation! No desire to help vacationers! First and last time I set foot in this hotel

Been there twice for a few days. The rooms are very clean, the breakfast was always good and sufficient. Just make sure to specify when booking that you don't want a room facing the street, as the street noise will bother you a lot, even at night. If you close the windows, it is too warm. Bus and S-Bahn can be reached quickly on foot.

I stayed at the Motel Plus during an educational holiday in August.The single room was very small and a bit old.You should definitely see that the room is at the back, but at the front you have the problem that, especially in the warm months, it is almost impossible to sleep with the window open because of the busy street in front of the house, unfortunately there are in the There is also no air conditioning in the rooms, so it gets very warm in the rooms.Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms wasn't that great either, various stains in the bathroom and bedroom, dead flies on the windowsill, stains in bed linen and towels.It has to be said that the chambermaids were very nice and helpful, but they probably didn't have enough time for each room.The prices in the bar are very high, unfortunately the drinks machine was broken during my stay.In my opinion, the breakfast is far too expensive for the selection and quality (14 euros), for baked rolls, soggy Tetrapak scrambled eggs, wobbly bacon dripping with fat, poorly chilled sausage and cheese platters, and poorly washed dishes.Since only one of the two coffee machines was in operation, it sometimes took longer to get a coffee.Unfortunately, the terrace behind the building was also quite dingy and dirty and needed to be swept at least regularly.The staff is mostly very nice.Overall, I would advise against the hotel.

Best price-performance ratio. Of course there are things you miss (e.g. air conditioning) but given the price it's really bearable. Very nice, competent staff. My tip for a cheap overnight stay
