Biggest reason for the one star review is night access. If you get there After 10:00 p.m. you have to enter a pin or a room number that they haven't provided to get in. If you get up before 6:00 there's a sign that says go to the night exit. But that door is locked. You can't get out in violation of fire code I'm sure. When the front desktop when I went out and checked the entrance to the night entrance. You couldn't get in with your key. There's only your keypad there and even after checking they hadn't given us a code. The Wi-Fi works by the reception but it doesn't work in the the. Room

Remotely in an industrial area. Elevator CUT OFF after 10 p.m., therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Emergency access with pin from 10 p.m. Breakfast top.

Never again the worst thing I've ever done. I come into the room smelling like it hasn't been aired for 50 years. Everything is full of stains and smeared all over the place. The highlight is the toilet, we come into the toilet, the swan is still pooping in the toilet, I have a lot of them Hair out.The shower is calcified.There isn't even a socket near the bed.But €4 for a Gerolsteiner water is hard. But everyone doesn't need a mirror, not even a refrigerator. You can count the pixels on the television. I thought it was a disgrace, thank you for taking the money out of your pockets.

So I think I'm being kicked by a horse. I checked in at the beginning with a clear conscience, but no one could have predicted what came next. The room is a complete disaster. Stains on the floor. Walls smeared. Curtains smeared. You can count cars just with the noise from the televisions I now have to apply for glasses so that I can see the channels. The bathroom was still bearable except for the skid mark in the toilet. I've already experienced a lot when it comes to hotels, but I'm at a loss here. I can only recommend looking for another hotel because that's what's going on here It's not normal and thanks for the 4€ parking fees so that you have to look for a parking space in the evening

I've never experienced anything like that, what's happening here is not normal, the whole room is full of stains and it smells like cheese all over the place. The curtains have end strips and then to top it all off, the bathroom has the shower head so you can blow your hair off your head You don't need to take a razor with you, so it's a complete fungus trap from head to toe. It's humorous. Take any hotel but not this one.

The rooms facing the highway are not intended for quiet nights. Otherwise a 3 star hotel, as you can expect in Germany. The rooms were clean and the breakfast buffet was OK, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

They clean where they can see, and where they can’t see they don’t clean.Accommodation prices are inflated, such housing costs 50-55 euros, or maximum 60, but not 80-85 euros. Breakfast is very overpriced, usually 20 -25 euros, then 40 euros.You can spend the night once if you have nowhere else. Decent rooms at a fair price for a one night stopover while heading for Krakow. Clean, good beds-would stay here again when in the vicinity. Slightly overworked staff at checkout complained to us about the duty roster - not very professional. Location is somewhat industrial and near a highway, but by no means were we bothered by that.

For organizational reasons we had to bridge a day before we could start our actual vacation. We chose this hotel and didn't regret it!Extremely friendly, competent, staff, everything neat and clean, good cuisine, nice atmosphere with the terrace, the processes are well organized, the rooms are functionally furnished, the beds are comfortable and not sagging. The hotel employees ensure that the night's rest is maintained as far as possible after 10 p.m. You don't have that everywhere either. We would particularly like to highlight the breakfast. Very generous times, everything was very appealing and the selection was more than plentiful. Not to forget the extremely considerate, friendly and personable employee who tirelessly filled in whenever something was missing. Thank you for that.The only negative thing is the noise from the highway, even though the windows are soundproofed, you can hear this endless noise all night long.The only thing that helps is ear plugs to at least sleep well.All in all a highly recommended hotel! We will recommend you.

Hello dear staff,We stayed in this hotel over the weekend and really only stayed overnight as we were out all day. Even after booking, I had concerns about whether it was the right choice. The lady at the reception was very friendly and nice, the room is really loud on the highway, but with ear plugs it's no problem because I can't sleep with the window closed. Breakfast was super ok, it was constantly replenished and people, it's breakfast and what else could there be? It was all there! The area is central and everything is pretty easy to explore and reach. Rooms were clean and if you always have something to complain about, you'll find something and it's best to stay at home.Thank you and greetings fromLanger family

Today I am a guest in this hotel.Yes, what should I write 🤔 First of all, no, I don't get any money or other compensation from the hotel.The check-in was very friendly, competent and my question about the view of the room was answered immediately and we viewed the booked/provided room.I was really afraid to check in here after reading the reviews.Since my booking form contains a quiet room, ground floor or max. 1st floor, this was naturally taken into account, read and implemented. That's what I call top service.Unfortunately I can only write the opposite of the reviews I have read.My room on the ground floor was very clean, everything worked, no mold in the corners... no, it didn't even smell funny.Well, there are a few remnants of dead mosquitoes in the curtains, could we do something about them? But bother with that? Nope.Yes, it's an older house... yes, of course you have to recognize one or two defects that are completely normal (e.g. old carpet), but do you always have to dramatize everything? No, leave the church in the village and ignore one or two small defects. See curtains 😉Why am I going into this at this point? I think this hotel is rated completely wrong and they only look for the bad things. The house doesn't deserve that.The parking fees are totally ridiculous, in other areas of Germany you often pay €10 to €25!!!! Of course not monitored and not fenced.The parking lot has to be cleaned and maintained, among other things, something like that costs money!!!!!I think I can actually get an idea, after all, I've been staying in a different house every day for years for work reasons.Due to the location facing the inner courtyard/terrace, you can't hear the noise of the motorway (which is really very close) at all.That may be true if the window is open, but since I never leave the ground floor windows open overnight, it doesn't matter to me.I've finished and will now test the kitchen.
