The hotel is urban style, from the moment you enter it is very underground, the rooms are super small, even for two people it is mega small. We had an incident with the alarms, they were ringing all night one of the days. The problem was that they did not carry out some type of dynamic to evict us and check. In the end it didn't go any further. One of the very friendly guys who spoke Spanish recommended places to us and guided us to get to our next destination. I don't remember his name but he is short and very thin, thank you very much!

The hotel lives up to its name - the Hide - the hiding place... We first had to look for the entrance, which is in the corner of a shopping center. Maybe a bigger sign would do the trick! When we arrived the hotel was overbooked. The problem could not be resolved internally, but had to be clarified by telephone with the headquarters in Hamburg. The staff was very nice and tried hard, but there wasn't even a coffee while we waited. The rooms are chic, but tiny, no wonder that in the morning during breakfast all the business travelers did their video calls at the breakfast table - the rooms don't have a table or a closet, just a clothes rail. On our side of the hotel the view wasn't great either; we could see the S-Bahn station and we could also hear it, despite the windows being closed. The breakfast buffet was rich. We really only used the rooms to sleep, we wanted to see as much of Berlin as possible, so it was ok.We traveled via Ameropa and the price-performance ratio couldn't be beat! Would I want to live there again? Only to a limited extent - it depends on the price.

Positive: Room was nice and clean and I slept well. So beds are good. There is no closet, just a clothes rail next to the bed. But for an overnight stay I don't care.Negative: My company's reservation probably doesn't come into the system automatically, but only by email and then has to be entered manually. But apparently no one feels responsible for checking your emails regularly (if you already know).OK, I still got a room. When we left, there was a system failure, which meant we couldn't print an invoice and everyone who hadn't paid the night before had to pay in cash. The invoice should then come via email afterwards (room number and email address on the bill of lading). The email came in the evening, but without the company billing address and not even with my real name (second first name was used as last name).Hotel should know how important the correct billing address is for business trips. Otherwise you will be left with your own money.I'm curious whether it will still work to get a proper invoice (I'll be happy to give a complimentary mention here)

We came as a group and had to wait a long time until we could get into our rooms. The staff were very friendly and took care of your problems quickly. The room was small but nicely furnished. You have a good selection at breakfast. Regarding the area, I would say it's not easy to find the entrance and I wouldn't walk around with small children in the evenings because there are often scary people sitting down there spraying themselves or something else, but overall it's a nice environment and you have good opportunities to find something to eat and it's quick to get to the S train. We would come by again sometime.

Nice hotel, terrible location (very central but unfortunately there are always drunk and drug-addicted people in front of the door). Therefore it's always dirty outside (which of course the hotel can't do anything about).Room very small, but fine for one person. Breakfast was absolutely sufficient and good, service good. Cleanliness is top.

The overall condition of the hotel is very bad. There are a lot of homeless people. Not a tourist attraction Breakfast is not worth the price. The cost of breakfast is very expensive. Stayed for 2 nights. In the morning there was a loud fire alarm. But was charged for breakfast despite the incident. Will be charged later The receptionist didn't understand what was asked. I don't recommend this accommodation for Berlin. Feel bad about this stay

We were guests at the hotel from October 5th to 6th, 2024. For us it was the second time. We were again very satisfied with the service and the atmosphere. Very friendly young staff. The rooms are very clean. The ambience really appeals to us. Very modern and hip. We would love to come back on our next trip to Berlin.

I have been to Niu Hide several times and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, some corners are now being cut. Hardly any selection of rolls, the rolls are cheap baked rolls. …
