Absolutely pathetic hotel and staff. Authentic Auschwitz gas chamber experience. The smell in the room was unbearable, I couldn't breathe and had to check out within half an hour. They don't have the decency to refund but took 200 dollars for nothing. Public toilets in Germany are better. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this hotel. Worst hotel in Berlin Period!!!

Absolutely terrible bed, you could feel mattress springs all over your body, you felt like you were in the 80s... Breakfast was very poor... Coffee machine was broken... Only filter coffee

The hotel is very nice and modern, located in one of the central parts of Berlin. It is a hotel that, in order to make our reservation in the month of April, asked us to pay in full for the stay, which we did. …

The rooms are very loud and noisy. You can hear all the street noise as well as your neighbors. If you want a peaceful night's sleep, this is the wrong place. But the team there is very friendly! For me, another stay is out of the question.

Some of the rooms are in a dilapidated condition. The TV hasn't worked since a lightning strike months ago. The bar is closed. The only positive thing is the breakfast room and the location

Don’t stay here if you have other options. The staff is friendly and accommodating but the building and rooms are falling apart.

For the cleanliness and equipment of the entire hotel, you can only give 0 points! This hotel could be so beautiful and retain its old charm if some things were renovated and replaced. The shower full of mold. Tile walls in the bathroom haven't been wiped down in years.Facility completely worn out. The springs literally jump out of the mattresses. The carpet in the whole hotel is a disaster!Cleaning, towels changing, etc. was not done once in the 6 days we were there.Unfortunately the location is the only good thing here!

There are better options. The rooms smell bad, the carpets are dirty, the beds are uncomfortable and the price is ridiculous.

Their location in Berlin Kurfürstendamm is extremely overpriced for the worst accommodation and service ever! The rooms are extremely old and the furniture is extremely dirty! The floors are stinky! The corridors smells really bad! For the highly overpriced rooms, they don’t even have free tea and coffee in their rooms! Their excuse? “It was forbidden during Covid pandemic…”, “it’s not offered in any hotels…” as if they’re the representatives of other hotels. I highly doubt if the owners of this hotel have even been to a hotel after 1800 and have any idea what services an “average” hotel since year 2023 provide to their guests and for their price. Needless to say they don’t even have breakfast included in this high price.Apart from all of this, yes we did go to their reception and complain and ask if they can at least provide Water Boiler in one of the rooms we had booked. But their excuse was being “fully booked” for the night! If you are interested in wasting your money and ruining your stay in Berlin then make sure you book this hotel.
