It doesn't look inviting from the outside and most of it is rented to refugees.

The guy with the smelly cigarillos is often unfriendly. Depending on your mood. Completely incompetent. 🤷His wife and daughter were very sympathetic to me. Always polite, courteous and helpful 🤩

This accommodation is not exactly about luxury. Rooms are cold, owner repairs everything at home. In the room, one of the 5 burners in the chandelier flickered faintly. There is no heating in the bathroom, we had to ask for a heater, which they were not so happy about. The paint is chipped off the radiator. The whole thing is like falling into the eighties.

Very nicely located, close to the subway and bus. I accommodated a friend there and as soon as we registered in the guest room we were met with stuffiness and untidiness. We were then told there was no breakfast. The restaurant is also not in operation. So no cold drink in the evening. I was appalled by this hotel. You have to provide yourself with drinks. All this at 30.0 degrees without a refrigerator. Never recommend this hotel to friends again. Just opposite is the Holiday in. Same price. There is at least one bar there

A cheap guesthouse with very friendly and helpful owners. The rooms are completely fine, although a bit old, and breakfast is served in the nearby bakeries or from our own supplies in the fridge. The parking situation is really relaxed by Berlin standards. For me it was exactly the right thing. With a bit of luck, I got a room for 85 euros per day in high season without booking in advance - almost a bargain, as other, not much more inviting hotels charge up to 300 euros. I would come back at any time. The fifth star is only missing because you can't have high expectations.
