When I arrived to check in everything was closed, I spoke via intercom with someone who said there were no rooms available, even though I said the reservation ID that the staff had sent me by email, it was refused. …

After a request on February 4th. promised an offer. No response for 9 days. In the phone call on February 13th. discovered that the request probably ended up in spam and there are no places available for the entire month.

I tried several times to book a room for the beginning of June. That was back in December. All emails say is “we will send you an offer”However, nothing came and calls were certainly not responded to. Today I call again and am told that everything is already fully booked. Maybe next time you should respond to emails and calls! ! The gentleman on the phone was also very unfriendly and annoyed. Wrong job? One star is really too many

I would like to share my unpleasant experience with a certain "Saks".Basically, I ordered on their site and I received a generic email telling me that I would be contacted shortly for a quote.4 days later with no response, I sent an email back, and this Saks replied curtly that it was complete and that he had already written me that, which was false! However, 3 years ago, I was well received there. I don't know why the customer response is so rude!In short, I ignored a few faults a few years ago, I will take the opportunity to point them out here, remembering that it was 3 years ago. They say there is street parking? Be careful, these are public places and you are in one of the few free areas in the ring. The risk: not finding a place.Level of cleanliness of common areas, pay attention to the hours you spend in the bathroom, toilet, etc.The room is good if you are on the garden side, but noisy rooms because you hear everything, I mean everything, that happens in the next room.So I say it again, when you welcome and respond to a customer with as much contempt as this Saks.... I only have one piece of advice to give, flee this pension!

Price-performance ratio is right at this hostel. A great location near Warschauer Straße, about 20 minutes on foot. The hostel itself is located on a quiet side street with lots of food options and kiosksThe Pension Reiter was actually booked, but we were informed by email that we had been rebooked into this hostel. The toilets and showers were clean, sometimes a bit wet from previous usersIn the hallways there was a coffee machine (€1 per drink) and free use of the microwave and hotplates. It was very quiet at night so you could sleep well.Towels are available, as well as a refrigerator and television. The bakery 100m away has a large selection and fresh coffee

We booked into the “Reiter” sister guesthouse. 2 adults one child. We were informed via email that we would be rebooked at Pension Eberty. The guesthouse is in a social housing area. Check-in went smoothly via the key box after the check-in time. When we arrived in the room it was only designed for 2 adults - luckily there was a travel cot in our luggage. The room met the price expectations. Bed linen and towels were clean and the rest of the room adapted to the city. Narrow, narrow and you'd rather not look into the corners. It was relatively easy to keep the child away from the countless open sockets. The refrigerator at the end of the bed wasn't the newest, but it wasn't the quietest either. There was a small TV in the room and a closet. The lighting (a ceiling lamp) was too sparse, so two more watts really wouldn't have hurt, even in such a small room. There were enough bathrooms and toilets in the hallway, accessible to everyone. Here you just have to make sure that you don't use one of the "flooded" ones. Also in the hallways are 2 microwaves, 3 hotplates (induction), some dishes, a coffee machine and a disinfectant dispenser. There are apparently long-term tenants in the property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the property and is punishable by a fine. Unfortunately, this will probably not be checked because we smoked heavily in the room next to us every evening. Luckily the smoke didn't get into our room. Likewise, no visitors other than the tenants are allowed in the rooms. However, with the heavy traffic in some rooms, this isn't taken too seriously.Self-catering is available, as there are enough shops in the immediate vicinity. It takes about 70 minutes to walk to the city center and about 120 minutes to Kuhdamm.Check-out was also problem-free via the mailbox inside the guesthouse. All in all, as written, accommodation at a reasonable price, but the fact that the child was forgotten when rebooking should not happen under any circumstances and smoking weed in the next room is not an option.
