Beautiful small hotel in a prime location right on the water.Very nice staff, clean, comfortable rooms and parking spaces directly at the house.Unfortunately we only planned one night, but it gets 5 stars.Recommended without reservation!

I ordered places for my birthday over the phone, everything was ok, and when we showed up there the staff didn't know anything.The day still went well because the young man on site, 7.9.24, had a good idea. The cake and coffee were very good, but after I told the manager all this by email, he didn't react after almost one Week.It was thanks to the young man that my birthday didn't fall through, but the managing director in particular should respond to criticism.

We took a break in Cafe Garten and drank Berliner Weisse. Self-service is the order of the day here and the service staff is very friendly. From our table we had a beautiful view of the Havel. If we're in the area again, we'd love to come by again.

We stayed at the Hotel Prinz Heinrich over Pentecost (2024), Michael and the entire staff would like to say a big compliment!!!For the first time on the Havel, a room with a direct view of the Havel, the entire breakfast was great + coffee!!!The home-baked cake in the afternoon outside on the outdoor terrace with a view of the Havel rounds it all off!!!!It was a very nice holiday, thanks to everyone, we'll be back!!!!Family Hoffmann

We stayed with her for two nights. Great location, cute in detail, very nice, clean rooms. Very quiet and wonderful view of the lake. Competent service and delicious, rich breakfast.Highly recommended, greetings from HoyWoy!!!

A wonderful small hotel with only 8 rooms, each individually furnished in a listed property that was designed as a hotel when it was built. Some of the rooms still have their original windows and floors, but these have been excellently restored and energy-optimized. The service is outstanding, the cleanliness is absolute and everything is perfectly organized. Late arrivals and private parking spaces are no problem and can be organized upon request. The only compromises you have to make are the bathroom furnishings, which, although functional and clean, are clearly showing their age. The furnishings in the room are well adapted to the traditional style and are perfectly coordinated, high quality and functional. The highlight is a visitor tablet, which is provided in the room and provides any information about PoIs and the hotel itself, but can also be used for surfing via the hotel's own WiFi. Breakfast is served in the hall, which is used as a gourmet restaurant in the evening. If desired, the in-house coffee can also be served in the French press so that you can enjoy the full, fresh aroma. Otherwise, the freshly prepared breakfast leaves nothing to be desired. But the biggest highlight is of course the absolutely quiet location directly on the Havel, which allows you to enjoy an almost unreal silence that only exists in a few places today. THE insider tip for those seeking peace and quiet without having to forego the amenities of a well-organized and traditionally designed hotel. The in-house gourmet restaurant 'Alte Überfahrt' provides the perfect accompaniment to a relaxing stay at the highest culinary level. An unbeatable combination for a romantic weekend in the middle of the lake paradise on the right and left of the Havel.

A very nice little hotel with charm, great location by the water, the staff were very courteous and helpful, the breakfast was very tasty and prepared with love, we felt completely comfortable,,,, the only drawback, the beds creak very badly.

Very nice, quiet hotel. We always like to come here. Very good transport connections to Potsdam. Nice café garden where you can have breakfast in the morning.It would be nice if there was a little more choice when it came to cakes, like in the roastery in Werder, which is also part of it.

The small beer garden by the water is not only blessed with an outstanding location, the above-average service should also not go unmentioned. I have rarely experienced such good service. For me, my wife and our dog, this visit was a highlight of our Werder vacation.

Too bad, too bad, too bad. Friday evening, beautiful weather, great atmosphere... but the small bar, located right on the water, closes at 6 p.m. Anyone who can afford it, especially after all the "dramatic" sales losses in recent years, is really on the sunny side.I can't rate the rest now, we were no longer welcome as guests.
