About the apartment:The bed frame tore off under my 50-pound partner. The bed creaked with every little movement. With every step we take, the metal pieces of furniture rattle and are noisy.I have attached a picture of the hygiene condition of the shower curtain. From the inner courtyard, the loud frolicking of young people could be heard.Lack of towels:There were no towels in the apartment when we arrived. (just a small shower outlet)We reported this problem to the accommodation in a message on the Booking page.We were told to go back to the reception, they will give it to us there. (Which was on the 5th floor of the neighboring building)We went back at about 17:45, where several people were already waiting, because the reception was already closed. (Opening hours are 10:00-18:00 in principle)We waited a few minutes and then left, saying it could wait until tomorrow. The next day, a few minutes after 10:00, we went to the reception again. Unfortunately, they couldn't provide a single towel! They asked how long we would be staying at the hotel today. I said we would be leaving in half an hour. He was unpleasantly affected by this information and then asked for permission to bring the towels into the apartment while we were away. Of course I agreed. In the evening, when we got home, there were still no towels in the apartment. At that time, the reception is already closed, I can't complain to anyone. I called a phone number I found in the elevator. I told him what happened, that we didn't get a towel, and that I was still running for it, to no avail. He replied that there is no one in the hotel who can help me, he is on the other side of the city, he can't bring me a towel either, it's not an emergency, he can do it, and I should go back to the reception the next morning. I drew his attention to the fact that this is very unpleasant, that we have had no towels for days, they only make promises, and I would like to receive some kind of compensation now. He said he would try to arrange something and call me back. After 10 minutes it rang back for 1 second. We called him back, but he didn't pick up.The next day there were no towels in the apartment either. We thought that the person we spoke to on the phone would urge the authorities to do this. But nothing happened. We wrote again on the Booking interface that we are very disappointed that we did not receive towels on the 3rd day.Next day, still no towels in the room. We arrived back earlier than 18:00 so I was able to talk to the receptionist. I also told him what happened. He claimed that he tried to knock, but we didn't open the door, so he couldn't give us the towel. Although I gave my consent, this information disappeared due to poor communication between the workers. So we finally got towels for the last night (4th), which we had to ask for countless times. The receptionist does not understand why we should be compensated. He asked what kind of compensation we wanted. He didn't give me options, he just expected an answer from me. I offered that we would like an afternoon check-out, but he did not accept this. That way, we didn't get anything for the inconvenience of running around unnecessarily and coming back to our accommodation disappointed every day. It's all very unpleasant. The attitude of the employees, the bad communication both with the guest and between the employees. Terrible. I do not recommend this place to anyone.I understand that mistakes can happen, but so many times? It completely ruined our mood about the accommodation. This little problem could have been solved so easily. For example, putting towels in a bag, hanging them on the handle of our room. Or leave it at the reception in a bag, with our room number written on it, etc.

- The place is bad, avenue full of noise and people living on the street, dirty, the windows do not isolate the noise from the street.- We requested two apartments for 3 people each, we warned that we would arrive late and when we arrived they had not placed the extra bed in any of the rooms, there is never anyone to call and the reception does not provide any type of help.- Given this, they do not give any type of compensation, the rooms are dirty and without basic things offered such as coffee capsules or toilet paper.

Couldn't check-in at all. Sent messages and waited around 2 hours, also called their "emergency" line that should've been active at the time. Ended up just kissing the door knob, andultimately, I had to get a room elsewhere.

This is the worst accommodation experience I had in my life. The room was okay but the bedroom was filthy the bed sheets were unclean and I found bed bugs. I reported to the administration through 3 emails and I left a note at the reception desk which only opens between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. which is unconvenient for a working person. Although I usually used Nena Moritzplatz I will never use Nena again.

The three of us stayed in a Nena apartment studio for a weekend. Unfortunately the “bed” for the third person was very bad. After a short complaint, we were helped immediately and in the best possible way. Many thanks to Patrick at reception.

The booked room was changed to a smaller room by the operator without any consultation. Of course, there was nothing to be done about the price since the current price was higher. However, the reservation was already made 5 months before arrival. Communication before arrival was not possible either by phone or email. All in all very unprofessional.

The bed was under all criticism. Creaked loudly as soon as you moved. Far worse than hotel standard. Glass was missing in the pantry, other household utensils were perceived as dirty. The fridge stank of salami. The soap in the bathroom leaked onto the floor. The bathroom was otherwise dirty. The TV was placed in the kitchen (we had a two-room apartment), so the only possibility for some TV time was to sit on two plastic chairs. So it would have been much better to put the TV in the bedroom. You got two rolls of toilet paper, then you were informed that it was our apartment and thus our responsibility to get our own toilet paper, which given the price is quite strange. The walls were white and dirty, which gave a sad impression. So don't expect a hotel, but a shabby apartment with the absolute bare essentials. What was good about the apartment was the location, close to the U-bahn and easy to get around as well as close to several good restaurants.Stay here if you want to contribute to gentrification in Neukölln.
