On Friday October 4th, 2024 at around 5:15 p.m. I just wanted to ask for a room for three people and the man on the phone didn't think it was okay that I laughed at my friend and said that I can't disguise my voice well and hung up... I don't know what he meant, I really just wanted to ask for a room and I wasn't being rude.

Super nice and hospitable staff. I have never been welcomed so warmly.I was in Berlin for a few days and this hotel was recommended to me. I can only recommend it to everyone. The staff speaks many languages and was able to help me with any problem.Absolutely recommended and extremely cheap for Berlin.

We booked for one night, the reception was warm and the service was pleasant, but the room we were directed to initially had a foul smell of smoke, the bed was unmade and old furniture, we went and talked, we were offered a new room that had been renovated, at the back of the house. You could be satisfied with that. When I was going to wash, I also thought that there was no hot water, but I have to let it run a little longer, then eventually there will be warm water.

You can’t call it a hotel!!!! The towels were not washedThe bed was obviously slept in by someone before us...they didn’t change it...everything was dirty and covered in someone else’s hair!The promised breakfast at 8...was 30 minutes lateWires are sticking out of the sockets...Under the bed is not cleaned at all!!!There is a lot of garbage under the Motras!!!I strongly do not recommend for this money!!! There is no hot water!!!!Both are a mess and a lot of garbageThere is no parking at all!!!!!I have never lived in such horror!!!This establishment does not even deserve 1 star!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Company booked me and my collegue 2 rooms for one night. I stayed in the "renovated" rooms, he stayed in the old building. Had to ask to have the bed sheets changed because they were full of body hair. Toilet was not clean. Desk had dry food stuff from past guets. Renovation was a mess with sockets missing, pipes that go nowhere sticking out, spent all night hearing water running from othwr rooms. No hot water for shower.Old building room was rancid. Disgusting carpet, bodly fluids on the wall and mattresses.Back yard COULD be nice but its just full of rubish.Spend 10 more euros and take a good hotel.AVOID.

Reading the reviews about the facility, I wasn't expecting luxury, but staying here was a positive surprise. The room turned out to be quite large, bright, and it was obvious that it had been renovated and refreshed. The bed was very comfortable. The room also had a bathroom with basic cosmetics, shelves with plenty of space, a table and chairs. The location is a big plus. Peace and quiet, the "idyllic" atmosphere is conducive to rest and relaxation after visiting the more crowded parts of the city. There is a pond and a bus stop next to the facility. Within 10-15 minutes you can get to ALDI and the S-Bahn station (and getting to the center of Berlin takes about 35 minutes).

Due to business circumstances, my company booked me a room there.Rooms were “okay” but bordering on the limit. Stained floors and walls and strange traces of “blood” under the bed don’t bode well. Arrival was very bumpy despite advertised arrival times, my key was put in a mailbox and to find out I had to call 5 times until I could reach someone. I can't say much about breakfast. Location also strange. Dilapidated backyard with “entrance” to the rooms. Very Eastern European language usage locally. All in all “tolerable” but not something I would like to go to again. Nobody was unfriendly or anything like that, rooms were also “cleaned” and beds were freshly made, but still. A 2 week stay with no need to repeat.

We chose the accommodation because it is close to the shuttle service to BER. Rooms are outdated, but that's not a problem, enough for one night. However, the night was a complete disaster. The rooms are extremely noisy. You are always startled when someone leaves the building because the front door rattles extremely. But the best part was the party that took place at the hotel. Extremely loud music, screaming and people constantly coming in and out. Accordingly, this door rattled all night long. Since the rooms are on the ground floor, we were virtually there live at a near-fight in the backyard. Yay. No one at the hotel cared about the volume. In the end, you don't really know who is responsible in the hotel. I think we would have slept better on a bench in the airport terminal.

The hotel is close to the S-Bahn station which was very helpful. But the rooms are not that good. For example, the television was too old and you couldn't connect it to your cell phone. How you go to the room is also a bit strange and scary especially at night. No wipes!! Otherwise the toilets are clean
