The bathroom is so moldy that the entire apartment smells so strongly of mold/moss that you immediately fear health consequences.The room was functionally furnished. It was very loud, but that was due to the location right next to the hallway and the slamming doors, as well as the party from the tent city next door, which the operator can't do anything about. That wouldn't have bothered me otherwise, but nobody can be expected to have this moldy bathroom anymore. The other bathroom looks a little better, but is now used by the residents of the 6 holiday apartments with a total of at least 20 residents. This leads to the paint peeling off there and mold growing there too.The location was great for us, but this mold is absolutely harmful to our health.

Perfect location close to public transport. Room for 6 with very pleasant little coffee table. Functional bathroom. Kitchen with all necessary equipment.The walls are thin, bring earplugs so you don't hear the neighbors or the front door slamming.

Ideal for groups of friends looking for accommodation very well located in Berlin! The quality/price ratio is really great.A mix between a youth hostel and a hotel.Located in the Kreuzberg district, ideal for visiting "alternative" Berlin just a few minutes' walk away. The metro is also a 5-minute walk away, so perfect!Level of cleanliness of rooms/ bedding RASA few small downsides for my taste (nothing serious):- Only 1 set of keys, not practical when you come in a group- No staff on site, everything is done over the phone (check in, etc.)- Clean bathroom but a little datedIn summary, if you have a limited budget and want to be extremely well placed, go for it! :)

I approached it from the airport by public transport, it's a five-minute walk from the metro stop if you know the direction. I lived in a room with one bed, I only went there to sleep. The room is small, but suitable for the purpose, you can spend a few days without any problems. Its windows are sound and thermally insulated, so my concern that there would be noise from the street traffic was unfounded. I didn't meet any staff, I also received the key by remote control. Luckily for me, the shared bathroom was very close, its cleanliness depended on who was in front of me. The kitchen is well equipped, you could also cook lunch in it, I only used it for morning tea. It was sugar, salt and a tea filter. All attractions of the city center are easily accessible from here.

I take the bus there every day. The location is convenient, loud and that's it. There are small tents pitched next to/behind the building - who is camping here???

"Overall, too expensive for what they offer."
Read this on another review (sadly, after having been there already …) and couldn't agree more. Paying 100 € for a shared bathroom is ridiculous.

We were on a short trip to Berlin for one night. The accommodation was small but nice and cheap. I found it via the HomeToGo portal. The five of us paid €140. Unfortunately I found there wasn't enough information before we arrived, so until we got to the door we didn't know how to get in and there was no way to contact anyone from there. At the entrance there was a telephone number through which we could reach someone. The person then came over and was also very friendly. We were given a short tour and, upon request, there were also tips for finding something to eat for dinner.Our room had 2 double bunk beds and a single bed. It had a bit of a country trip flavor 😅There were 2 shared bathrooms, a kitchen, a lounge and several rooms that could be booked. The kitchen was well equipped with dishes and cutlery, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, coffee machine and everything else you need for daily survival. The bathrooms were a bit small and not enough for the number of rooms. We were 5 girls and it took a little longer early on. A sink in the room would definitely help.But all in all it was completely ok for one night and can recommend it. 👍🏻

Good: Very clean. Good sound isolation from the outside.Very polite staff.Glad my room was close to the bathroom.Bad: When booking, it does not say that the bathroom is shared. I thought i booked a private bathroom. The price is too high to share.Linen need some upgrading. I was also cold. Too thin duvet (and I always have the opposite pb). I ended up using my scarf on top to sleep.Instructions the facility sent need to be clear, so i was going up and down the stairs!Note: Please when you send instructions for self check in, let people know that it is a flat and they have to open through the door that says 'excellent apartments' and then find your room number.They were vacuuming early in the morning.Overall, too expensive for what they offer.
