Getting into the room was no problem by calling on site.Rooms on the street side were very noisy because of the tram. No breakfast and the QR code for a delivery service didn't work. But there is a supermarket and bakery right next door.Stops are within easy walking distance.Needed an invoice for business reasons. I found the phone call to be unfriendly. The invoice was then sent to me quite quickly.

Price for a single room at 66 euros is completely okay.The room is clean and functionally furnished.Only the mattress is a bit too soft and not, as some people think, saggyYes, you can hear the S-BAHN running every 5 minutes.What I don't think is possible at all is breakfast for 40 euros.If you travel alone, you want to book breakfast for 15 euros, should be 12!!! Pay additional delivery costs, only to find out that delivery only starts at 25 euros plus 12 euros shipping.Check-in worked perfectly online.

The two of us stayed here for one night. No staff on site, you had to call to get the code to get the key. Check-in then took place online. The room was fine and clean, functionally furnished, but also quite noisy due to the tram. You could have ordered breakfast online, but we preferred to get it from the bakery around the corner. The Vietnamese one across the street is recommended.

Room was clean and quiet but not having air conditioning or at least a fan available for guests in the summer is ridiculous. The room was around 29 degrees and we couldn't sleep at all. How can a hotel not have A/C in 2023? That's like not having heat in the winter.

That the cleaning was only to be execute so sparsely, was not clearly mentioned in the booking.No elevator is also a negative.

I booked the hotel online through booking for one night. You could check in online, which I found very convenient, so we were no longer tied to a time limit. A nice employee called me the day before and gave me the 6-digit code to get the key from a box at the main entrance. There was no staff there when we arrived. He explained everything very well. The rooms are nothing special but clean. Mattresses were a bit very soft and the shower cubicle didn't close properly. (narrow gap) There are no parking spaces for hotel guests, so you have to use the streets in the area.
