We stopped here on our way to Italy and really enjoyed our stay. The two hosts took great care of us. The room was simple but ok. Probably a bit too expensive. However, the hospitality made up for it. The food was excellent and absolutely exceeded our expectations. Good luck and maybe we'll stop by again in the summer.

Dear friends, we went to the seminar at Adler am Karsee.A big thank you to the nice team at Gasthaus zum Adler.Dear Siggi has now confidently placed the scepter in the hands of Jacqueline and Ben.The old innkeeper is still there to help the new innkeepers and can still be found around the inn from time to time. Big praise for your good interaction.We felt the warmth and would love to come back.The food was very tasty for us.I can't report anything about booking rooms at the Adler, so much has already happened that I am convinced that there will be further positive changes.You are solution-oriented on site.With that in mind, thank you for your workand we would love to come back in the summer.🙂🌻

New tenants since June. And what can you say: excellent cuisine. Nothing fancy, just artisanal cuisine with a love for quality and taste. The map is quite manageable and is still recommended. From snacks to vegetarian cabbage donuts, you're sure to find what you're looking for. There are changing menus that are specially advertised and all of them are very tasty. And the beef roulades are a heavenly dream 🤗The desserts are also a dream. Where else can you get speculoos orange ice cream?Highly recommended.

The room was very plain, freezing cold because the heating was turned off, and the bed was a disaster. Luckily I was only there one night. Also expensive at 95 euros.Addendum: with the heating turned on fully, the room temperature was ok the next morning. The host asked when I left and was surprised by my criticism. Maybe something will change...

It was very hot in the rooms. Unfortunately there was no fan or something like that present, that would have made a big difference.We received a warm welcome, friendly and helpful people.

Stopped here to stay overnight on July 1st, 2023 during a long bike tour. Food and drink absolutely top class👍🏻. Particularly noteworthy is the lovely and funny nature of the new landlady. We really had a lot of fun. The chef is very flexible and knows his craft.Siggi the old innkeeper is absolutely unique. You can tell that he has already taken up being a host with his mother's milk. We'd love to come back 👍🏻

In the old reviews the eagle in Karsee is often confused with the black eagle 25km away. The Adler in Karsee is a beautiful old inn with the flair and charm that you would like to see again today. Unaffected. Regular table carters. The senior host and a young host couple and no convenience food. Small, good selection with a good price-performance ratio. Special types of tea from the Demeter herb farm on Lake Constance and good organic lemonades. Very good vegetables with delicious wild garlic sauce on the turkey steak with rice.

Been here at an event. The senior manager is unique, no question and deserves 5 out of 5 stars.Unfortunately, the food was really not good even though it was a simple, home-style dish.I don't come here to eat anymore.
