Nice quiet corner in the city, with rustic single beds and ambience, you can do that. The service was great for 14 of us. Breakfast was made specially and in the evening in the pizzaria, the food was great and inexpensive. At the back of the parking lot you can also sit and have a barbecue. Including beer delivery if your own beer runs out.

The location of the guesthouse was suitable for me as I was attending a family celebration nearby. Contact was very friendly. The room had everything you need. I have back problems but the bed was fantastic. I slept very well. I had the window open, but it was still very quiet. Any time. Unfortunately there wasn't enough shampoo and shower gel for showering. Therefore one point deducted.

Located close to the path for cyclists. We had a newly renovated room (No. 11). Great thick mattresses. You can hear the traffic.It would be nice if you could still get breakfast. Dinner in the pizzeria was ok.

We stayed at Pension Westerhüsen for one night to see Magdeburg and start our bike tour the next day. To register we had to go to the pizzeria next door (it's the same operator). We were greeted very friendly and taken to the room with all the necessary information. Room quite small, but very clean and everything you need for one night. Since we knew there was no breakfast, we brought our own cereal. We were able to put the milk in the refrigerator in the next building. What was particularly nice was that we were able to use the seating area in the courtyard after dinner (of course in the very good pizzeria) and also for breakfast the next morning. Breakfast in the room would certainly have been very tight, but a kettle and coffee were available. However, the street is quite loud at night. But since we always have earplugs with us when traveling for such cases, that was okay for us. We would definitely come back for 1-2 nights.

The ideal place for us Pentecost bikers from Hoyerswerda... very nice 2-bed rooms with kettle, mineral water and welcome coffee... parking spaces directly at the house... a cozy outside seating area for the evening and the pizzeria at the same time 👍🏼👍🏼👍 🏼...the restaurant "Zur Fähre" is just a 3-minute walk and you can still look at the Elbe in the evening.... everything was right to live there

Great rooms implemented with a lot of love for the decoration. Only 4 stars, even if the overnight stay was very good because there was no breakfast. And in the suburb of Magdeburg there is no way to get anything anywhere.A little tip - it was nice that there was a kettle in the room with instant coffee, but a few tea bags would have been great and even better if there had been cups instead of disposable cups.

We have stayed there several times now and the double room that we always reserve is on the ground floor, has its own refrigerator and we always find it in a clean, immaculate condition. The bathroom with toilet, shower and sink is spacious and very nicely equipped.The only drawback to the room is the curtains, which don't darken properly and so it quickly gets light early on. Even if you turn on the light, you could possibly be observed from outside. But this doesn't justify deducting a star, because the owner promised us that this would be improved. Anyway, the super nice owners offer great service. We also got a pizza🍕 in the adjacent pizzeria after the kitchen closed. In any case, we always like to come back.

Unfortunately, when we arrived, despite the right time, the reception was not occupied.An employee of the attached pizzeria had to call the boss so we could check in.The guesthouse is located in a district of Magdeburg and is fairly quiet. It takes about five minutes to get to the city by car.There were four of us and we had booked two double rooms. The rooms are air-conditioned and clean at first glance. But during the inspection we discovered dead insects in our shower tray and when we turned on the air conditioning we received a shower of dust.In our daughters' room next door, the air conditioning didn't work at all. The price for the overnight stay is actually very cheap, the owners are very friendly and the facility (pension and pizzeria - recommended) is very nice and cozy. In terms of hygiene, the guesthouse still has room for improvement, which would also be inviting for another visit.The rooms are really cheap for Magdeburg. I would visit Pension Westerhüsen again, again just for a short time and this time because of the pizzeria...

Nice modern, cheap rooms. Also very clean.But assembly people make a lot of noise and the place is very noisy. In addition, the train runs on one side of the buildings and the tram on the other side.Not recommended for people who are light sleepers.
