Perfectly located between the train station and the thermal baths. Very friendly, very clean, great facilities. The fact that there is no more breakfast... no problem. We had an excellent breakfast in the Honigstübchen in Plattenburg, an 11-minute drive away.

The hotel is not closed, it is for sale but you can't always book there via telephone. We've probably been there 10 times and were always very happy, which is a shame there's no breakfast anymore.

The apartment was cozy and clean. Nice welcome and introduction. The supermarket for self-catering is just around the corner...and also the great thermal baths next door. The highlight was a sweet cat that came to visit in the morning and evening

We stayed at this hotel once 6 years ago. The friendliness of the operators persuaded us to use this accommodation again and we were not disappointed.Due to the situation, the reception was not manned when we arrived, but after a short phone call using the number provided, we didn't even wait 5 minutes and we received a friendly welcome.The room was very clean and well furnished.The pantry is optimally equipped, and there is no reason for criticism here either. The next discount store is only about 250 m away, so supplies were guaranteed.A notice:The use of mini golf, bicycle rental and micro bowling is possible. Simply call the operator and it will be provided as requested. Unfortunately there is no other option, but the reasons are not the hotel itself, but are due to the current situation.Prices for accommodation are okay, as I learned, and have remained stable in recent years.Summary:We will definitely use the Hotel an der Therme again on our next stay at the thermal baths. Here we know that we are welcome as guests. Friendly welcome and always happy to help with inquiries.We wish the current operators all the best, much success and a full house again when the current situation improves again.We would like to thank you very much for our stay.

There was no stay. On the day of arrival no one was there, we stood there with 2 families and 2 children for about 2 hours and no one was there. You won't be able to reach anyone on the phone for weeks. We feel like the hotel is closed. We have always been happy with the hotel but this time we are very disappointed. The children were very sad and now we have to quickly find somewhere to stay overnight. Very unfortunate.

We have stayed and eaten at the hotel several times, very good service whether in the morning or evening. It's always worth staying here after the thermal baths. We'll definitely come by again if the pandemic allows it. From Berlin always take the train there and back

Nice welcome, clean rooms, breakfast good and plentiful.The staff seems listless and sometimes gives the impression that everything is too much.When a chef falls ill there is no replacement and apparently it is a disaster. Hotel was better in the past! Too bad!Was my last stay here and will look for another alternative in the future
