We stayed in this hotel for 2 days. Above all, we would like to highlight the extremely committed, always friendly staff, who made us forget about some points of criticism (lack of insect protection, windows that needed cleaning, bathroom doors that didn't close well, worn toilet sets).The breakfast was to our complete satisfaction and the dinner was also unbeatable in terms of price/performance ratio.

What was striking right from the start was the friendliness, the effort of the staff and the cleanliness of this hotel. The breakfast and dinner were always varied and tasty. There are play areas in front of the hotel, especially for smaller children, while grandma and grandpa can relax and watch. The highlight for the children is of course the game reserve.Apparently dogs are also welcome in this hotel. There are beautiful hiking trails starting from this place, you can take the Selke-Tal-Bahn and visit the surrounding Harz towns and sights. Sometimes you get vouchers at the hotel upon arrival that allow you to use this cable car or the gondolas in Thale for free. (Plus a mountain greeting drink of your choice!!!) All in all, the memory of a great holiday remains!

There were 5 of us in the hotel with a dog, we were welcome from the start. The price-performance ratio is right. The rooms are nice, the bathrooms could do with a bit of updating. There are already black joints and there is one on the shower wall or shower door Rubber is also black, so it would be nice if it were replaced. But overall we really liked it.We have a few small comments, it would be nice if you had different types of sausage in the morning and evening and not always the same one. The salad in the evening could also be more varied, but otherwise the food was delicious. Which might also be nice if you had a whirlpool There would be railings to hold on to, so that it would be easier for you to get in and out. But these are all just small comments and not meant in a negative way.The staff is also great, they do their best in the difficult times in the catering industry.Lg

We stayed here for one night. The reception was very pleasant. Everything worked out wonderfully. Both the buffet for dinner and breakfast the next day had a good selection. The room immediately gave a pleasant feeling of comfort. The “Schierker Feuerstein” as a welcome schnapps rounded the whole thing off. We really felt comfortable and will definitely book here again for a little longer. All the best

We spent 4 eventful days in a group of 12 adults and 3 children at the Panorama Hotel in the Harz Mountains. The service staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were tastefully decorated according to the Harz theme and the food for breakfast and dinner left nothing to be desired. Everyone could be happy according to his/her taste. Thank you! We'd love to come back.

Very nice rooms and leisure options in the hotel, such as table tennis, billiards, covered pool.Super friendly staff who have a smile on their faces despite the stress. Food intolerances or allergies will be taken into account if you register them in advance. The food is varied and delicious. A baby bed, bottle warmer and kettle were provided for our baby who was traveling with us.We'd love to come back.

Holiday 7 days with 5 people outside the holidaysThe hotel is located on a hill in a very quiet area. You have a great panoramic view. Since our rooms were at the front, we also had a nice view of the fallow deer enclosure, the outdoor pool - which was covered with a roof in the evenings, and the well-kept, clean outdoor area with several seating and lying options.The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The bathroom also had a hairdryer, filled soap dispensers and plenty of storage space.The single room booked was a double room for single occupancy.Small deduction in the room, the curtains were too translucent.Breakfast buffet: several types of rolls, bread and crispbread. Several types of sausage and cheese, as well as 6 types of jam, honey and nut nougat cream (Nut....)There were 2 coffee machines with 3 types of coffee eachThere was also enough choice for tea lovers.Evening buffet: several dishes to choose from, desserts and also ice cream. Good home cooking. We enjoyed it very much.The staff was very friendly and hardworking.Dogs are also allowed in this hotel and were welcome there.Unfortunately, another deduction: there is no elevator, not even a freight elevator to take your luggage to the floors.There is a small parking lot, 2 euros per day, which you have to pay immediately upon check-in. The price is ok, but if the hotel is really full, I could imagine that it would be very tight and there wouldn't be enough parking spaces.Otherwise we were very satisfied and would book this hotel again.

We spent a weekend in this hotel in a group of 4 adults and 3 children. When we arrived we were initially impressed by the location. A beautiful view including a fallow deer enclosure. Also a great pool. The whole facility is very well maintained. From the outside you can see the history of the building as a GDR holiday home, but the rooms are all new and really nicely modernized. We had the junior suite. Bright colors, enough space and comfortable beds. Unfortunately, the only point of criticism is the curtains, which do not keep out any light or heat. This urgently needs to be changed. Otherwise, we were impressed by the warm service and the great breakfast and evening buffets. Home-style food. The hotel is great for families. There is so much for children to discover. The surrounding area also has a lot to offer by car. We'd love to come back.

Stayed here for a weekend and felt very welcome.Inviting room, great staff who were always friendly/helpful and a beautiful, quiet area.And it's only half an hour by car from here to Wernigerode and the Selketalbahn is right outside the door for which you also get a ticket.Animals are also welcome!This is a great hotel for a weekend!
