Absolute disaster. The room was much too small. We were given a room for 2 for 4 people. There was no hot water for the entire stay, no one from the hostel came to help, and no compensation was paid. Not a single electrical appliance worked in the kitchen. The bathroom was not clean and the toilet seat was displaced.Absolutely not recommended.

Very well furnished rooms at a good price. The house is a bit noisy and the bathroom is very small (but everything you need is there). The location is ideal for trips to Peißnitz or the city center. If you need a parking space, ask early. The house does not have an elevator.

Apartment is acceptable. Was clean and tidy. But poorly equipped in terms of cutlery and crockery, the environment is quite noisy. For maybe 30 apartments there are only 5! Parking spaces can be booked for quite a lot of money. Other parking spaces are not available directly at the hotel. The price of the apartment is too expensive for what you get for it. Service is impersonal.Unfortunately not again.

Check in and check out were great, but we missed the personal contact. We booked in August last year and were really happy, but we didn't have a renovated room. So the pictures didn't correspond to the apartment we had moved into. The bed was fine, the cleanliness did not meet our expectations (a guest's hair was still hanging on the tiles in the bathroom, the siphon from the sink was very rusty and dirty, the upper cupboards in the kitchen were also very dirty upstairs, the coffee machine was there, etc.). Kitchen equipped with everything you need. We didn't like the counter in the dining area, comfortable eating looks different. We didn't use the filter coffee machine, we made instant coffee with the kettle. There was a shower curtain in the shower, unfortunately the bathroom was flooded with water after showering. We were missing a broom or mop. Unfortunately there were no towels available, luckily there were shower towels. We had an apartment with a window facing the inner courtyard. Since it was very warm, everyone had their windows open, so it was correspondingly loud. At night, when other guests returned in their cars, sleep was out of the question. Others had a nightcap with their dog in the yard at 3 a.m., another talked on the phone with a loudspeaker.

I never really give reviews, but this time I really feel compelled. Our event there was already a year ago, on August 7th, 23rd. The reason I'm only writing now is because it wasn't possible to write a review on Google at the time. When we arrived we initially had a positive impression. The key was received quickly. However, we found used, unclean glasses in the room. There were dirty towels hanging in the bathroom and a look into the shower and toilet revealed that they had not been cleaned. As a student, I'm actually not particularly fussy, but when I've booked and already paid for accommodation, I do want it to be clean. Especially when you really don't know who was in there before.I called the admittedly friendly gentleman from the administration and asked that the bathroom be cleaned, but he said it wasn't possible and asked if it would be enough if it happened during the next day. I said no because I can't feel comfortable there. Then he offered us a larger room and promised that everything there would be freshly cleaned and clean. However, there was still the trash from the visitors in the room, the bathroom was even dirtier than the one in the previous room and the towels and bed linen were used and not changed. The gentleman who could be reached at the number given said he couldn't explain it all and asked if we could really accept staying there for one night if the cleaning and everything was freshened up the next day. When we said no, we quickly got the money back and found a nice and clean room in the b&b hotel not far away. That was very annoying and I really don't want to experience something like that again. And then preventing reviews from being written on Google is an outrage. Luckily I didn't forget it.

The location was great but absolutely not recommended for business trips as the communication is a disaster. To date I have not received an invoice despite repeated requests. Parking on site is not recommended (extremely tight), it is better to use the parking garage a few streets away. The rooms are okay but the cleanliness cannot be compared to hotel standards.

We booked a large attic apartment for one night and were very satisfied. The beds weren't that soft and therefore perfect for us.The key was in the small box and the code was received in good time. The apartment was very clean and centrally located. If you're not a good walker, you shouldn't book so high up as there is no elevator. We would book there again.

It is absolutely recommended. Room is relatively clean, everything you need is in the apartment. It's not a 5 star hotel but the one night we stayed there it was good and quiet. The bed wasn't great, but that was more because we weren't the fittest anymore. It was a futon and only 140x200 cm was a bit narrow and deep.

Sleeping area was super large, bed in the small room had a very hard mattress. Shower head broken, bathroom very small: toilet directly behind the bathroom door - and shower entrance was also directly at the bathroom door.
