My friend been at that not "Nyce" hotel, and what he see is very unprofessional. He say he hear two ladies who work at reception fighting, like shouting loud to each other in front of guest! Very bad atmosphere, make everyone uncomfortable. But it not end there. Later, two more ladies come and ask for coffee, and one of reception ladies start yelling at them like crazy! She say they must pay first, but she not explain calm, she almost scream and act like she will bite them! Of course they leave and find other place to drink coffee. What kind of service is this??My friend say he never see something like this in hotel before. So disrespectful to guest. Nobody want to come back here after this! Reception need to learn manners and stop screaming in front of people!

Very good location. Breakfast not too rich, but fresh and tasty. The man at the reception was nice and helpful. Clean room and bathroom. Minus for the lack of air conditioning, kettle and a glass or mug, and the hotel is supposedly a 4-star hotel. Minus also for the neglected corridor.

A modern, clean hotel. The staff was very friendly and our stay was very pleasant. The location is super central, just a few minutes' walk from the main train station and the shopping streets. Ideal for exploring Dortmund's city center. Price/performance is right!

Considering we paid over £350 per night per room (approx) due to the Euros 2024 the hotel was very disappointing. Unfriendly & moody reception staff, especially the lady with long blonde hair on afternoon of 27th-29th June. …

Some time ago I was watching the Albania vs. Italy game with my Albanian friends and now I've gotten around to writing a detailed review.Location:- The hotel from the outside doesn't seem like a hotel to me. I have been a Dortmund resident for over 30 years and never knew that there was a hotel in this location. Interesting location.- There is no great notice about this hotel. At most, a door and a large sign on the terrace indicate this, which can be overlooked quite quickly. Therefore, it can be quite complicated for a tourist to find this.Room:- The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We felt very comfortable.- The beds were fantastic and our requests to separate the beds were always fulfilled! Hats off.- Drawback: We actually expected bottles of water (minibar) and a coffee machine for the high price. Unfortunately, according to other guests, this was not available in any of the rooms, which makes the rating somewhat negative. Given the price, you should really consider giving each guest at least one bottle of water. Every hotel earns itself stupidly and stupidly at the time of the European Championships.Service:- A young girl (long black hair) checked us in. She was very accommodating and very friendly. Despite intrusive male guests (suggestions of flirting, compliments, etc.), she always remained professional and did not give any indication that this could be unpleasant. We felt very comfortable and the check-in was very quick. Despite the high amount of bed tax, we received good advice from her.- We hadn't booked breakfast, but wanted to have coffee in the morning. Again, we expected this to be free since we spent a lot of money. Unfortunately the staff turned us away. He was just doing his job, but it could be done in a more friendly way. But we understood because some guests were very loud.- The maid was very accommodating and made sure our rooms were cleaned. The lady on the second floor was very friendly and accommodated our wishes despite the language barrier.Overall, I would come back and recommend it especially because of the service and cleanliness.
