Small city hotel that is in great need of renovation.Rooms clean and functionally furnished. A hairdryer in the bathroom would be nice. Unfortunately, the hot water and cold water in the shower are swapped. And it's very tight in the bathroom.The receptionist is very friendly.The location is great and still quiet.Although there is a trade fair in Düsseldorf, the price is okay.

For me, the hotel absolutely fulfills its purpose with non-smoking rooms, a soft bed, a practical, small bathroom with shower and - especially important!!! - it was very quiet at night.Sure, it's not the newest hotel with top facilities, but I didn't miss anything there, even the TV provided several channels, which I've experienced much worse elsewhere. It is also clean and the staff, although a bit reserved, are very friendly and helpful. In addition, there is the good location between the university clinics and Benrath with the close connection to the subway/tram, so you can definitely do without your own car.In the end, the price/performance ratio is right and so I give it 4 stars, I will come back.KindestG.Greetings from Warstein

I need a room for one night. My car pastejust about in the underground car park from above. The room was smallbut clean.. You could go toEntertainment Watch TV.There was also an elevator. At a late hourYou could open the front door with your room keyopen.A bathroom was also perRooms available if you want to shower or wash yourself it would be better to bring soap and shower gel. Otherwise very nice staff.

Very nice receptionist, everything else was bad.The window wouldn't close, my pillow had a blood stain on it and there was dirt around the window.The hotel can't do anything for the noisy guests, but I didn't like that either.

I can't recommend it at all. The hotel is getting really old and needs some maintenance, which unfortunately hasn't been done!For example, I was allowed to sleep on a bed that had a board for stability.I discovered a few things under the bed like a lighter, a kind of perfume ampoule and a lot of dirt.The bathroom was very unsightly. The shower wasn't cleaned properly and the sink with the tap didn't look any better.A tip: do not connect chargers to the socket next to the bed.My and my friends' chargers all overheated.The service of the staff was very questionable during the booking process.Either no one answered the phone or if you were able to reach someone by email, they didn't respond until days later.In addition, one was accused “TWICE” of not having paid.In addition, we were treated very arrogantly upon arrival.I can't recommend the location either. There was a lot of shouting until late into the night.As well as the very bright rooms. You can hear everything from the hallways and the adjoining rooms.I will NEVER set foot in this hotel AGAIN!!!

Find a better hotel. Dirty rooms, bad network but they had nice employees. I had problems even trying to write a review because the internet was so bad. There is a lot of shopping nearby, I would rather go by car. My suggestion would be to stay here if you are staying for a short time (1 day).

Never seen such a bad hotel, the bed is full of white spots, everything is dirty, the beds are worn out so you sleep on the slatted frame, the furnishings are from 1980, I won't book the hotel again. The staff is nice, but the location is completely stupid. I would prefer not to give a star

Can't understand the bad reviews here. Well, the hotel is a bit old, but it's also cheap! My room was clean, the caretaker was very nice and there was even a free underground parking space! Therefore very good price-performance ratio!

For the prices you don't need to expect anything huge.Hotel rooms take you back to the 80s, but with more wood.The slatted frame is broken, it is dusty, dirty and everything is outdated.At least there is WiFi.There is no breakfast, parking situation a bit semi.
