I am thrilled with the service of the reservation team! Today, October 30th, I had a telephone conversation in the afternoon where the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. All of my wishes were implemented immediately. I was particularly pleased that my wish to get a room next to my sister was taken into account straight away. A big thank you for the great service :)

As a maritime fan, I was once again totally thrilled. I love the complete, sometimes sumptuous furnishings of the hotel (mahogany paired with brass). The many mirrors everywhere etc.The hotel chain has its own charm and I hope it stays that way.My suite at lofty heights was magnificent, with everything my heart could desire.Staff courteous and always friendly. I always come back ❤️😉Thank you very much for my lovely stay 🤗

Beautiful, classic, old-school hotel, with very friendly staff and lots of space near a park on the Rhine. In the morning there is a good breakfast and in the evening there are many open wines with moderate prices in the restaurant. A swimming pool and a large underground car park rounded off the offer for me. Gladly again.

Very pleasant stay. The team tried very hard to help with food intolerances and everything worked perfectly.The only problem is that the touch function of the shower always took a while.Otherwise everything was clean, well equipped, very friendly team, great garage, delicious food. We'd love to come back!

The Maritim Hotel in Bonn is a magnificent, beautiful hotel that, unlike many places in the former federal capital, is not outdated.The name Maritim embodies excellent service and all the amenities you could wish for. It's the same here in Bonn! Excellent staff who make all wishes possible, very attentive and friendly.The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. From front cooking, intolerance is not a problem, fruit, salmon etc.The rooms are spacious and super barrier-free.The underground car park is very comfortable, the heavy doors make it very difficult for a wheelchair to access, and the wheelchair parking spaces are too small.The hotel is beautiful and invites you to linger, especially the piano bar or the restaurant.The drinks and food prices are at the same level as the house.The restaurant makes great dishes and I have to use the high standard of Maritim as a comparison. There the house in Bonn can still improve in sophistication.All in all, complaints are at a very high level.
